  • "Just do IVF, nothing else matters." 🚨 If your fertility doctor has ever said this, watch this. Double board-certified fertility specialist Dr. Natalie Crawford says egg and sperm quality are NOT testable, which means you can unknowingly walk into IVF with factors working against you that a semen analysis will never catch. Every day she sits with patients reviewing failed cycles, and the pattern is clear: undisclosed lifestyle factors silently affecting DNA and sperm quality are being missed entirely. The world around you controls egg and sperm quality. That's not scary. That's empowering. 🎧 Click here to tune in on your preferred platform: https://lnkd.in/evmJ-bwE

  • How you feel at 80 is shaped during your 40s. It sounds dramatic, but the research keeps pointing to the same thing. Whether you're still walking without help, thinking clearly, and bouncing back from the little stuff in your 70s and 80s comes down to what you're doing right now. Muscle, bone, heart, hormones. The things that are easier to protect in this decade than rebuild in the next. The Hormone Zoomer by Vibrant Wellness is one way to start getting ahead of it. It's a comprehensive lab panel that tests a wide range of biomarkers within hormone health, all in one test, all in one report. One piece of the bigger picture this decade deserves. Share this with someone who needs to hear this. Insights from Dr. Poonam Desai, whose work continues to reshape how we think about women's health.

  • Chronic symptoms don't usually start in one place. Long before standard labs flag anything, the body has often been drifting in quiet, connected ways. The gut barrier gets compromised. Inflammation ticks up. Thyroid conversion slows. Metabolism shifts. You feel it as fatigue, brain fog, weight that won't budge, mood changes, and sleep that doesn't restore. Your labs come back "normal." Nothing adds up. This is where most people get stuck, chasing one symptom at a time while the underlying pattern keeps moving. The Foundational Zoomer by Vibrant Wellness is a comprehensive lab panel that measures a wide range of biomarkers within whole-body health, all in one test, all in one report. It assesses three systems at once: thyroid and metabolism, immune activation and inflammation, and gut barrier integrity. Instead of chasing isolated numbers, you and your provider see how your systems are actually talking to each other. And where to focus first. • If you've been blaming yourself for the 10pm fridge runs, read this. Cortisol is one of the most misunderstood hormones in the body. Most people think of it as the stress hormone, but it's really a timing hormone. It tells your body when to wake up, when to mobilize energy, and when to wind down. When that timing gets scrambled, the cravings, the 3am wake-ups, and the afternoon crashes all start making a lot more sense. And here's the part that doesn't get talked about enough: stress doesn't just come from your job or your inbox. Late meals, poor sleep, blue light, under-eating during the day, over-caffeinating, and even skipping breakfast can all read as stress to your body. Your cortisol doesn't know the difference. It just responds. So if you've been trying to out-discipline a pattern that keeps coming back, the pattern probably isn't the problem. The rhythm underneath it is. Dr. Victor Carsrud broke this down on the Vibrant Wellness Podcast, along with how toxins and your environment quietly drive fatigue, cravings, and chronic disease. 🎧 Click here to tune in on your preferred platform: https://lnkd.in/eaUDgjrP

  • If healing feels complicated, it’s usually because we’re skipping the basics. Dr. Austin Lake breaks it down simply: it starts by looking at your actual day. When do you stop eating? What are you eating? How do you feel after meals? What does your evening routine look like? Most people are handed supplements and told to “eat healthier” but no one explains how your daily habits are either supporting or disrupting your body. That late dinner, evening workout, and scrolling before bed might seem small but they directly impact your sleep, hormones, metabolism, and energy the next day. These are the levers that change everything. When you shift your routine even slightly, you support better circadian rhythm, improved insulin sensitivity, deeper sleep, and more sustainable energy. Healing is not about doing more, it's about doing the right things at the right time. Watch the full episode with Dr. Austin Lake to understand what actually works for women’s health and why foundations always come first. 🎧 Click here to tune in on your preferred platform: https://lnkd.in/gDgPfJAP

  • Your symptoms might not be random, and they might not be “just stress.” When your body is low in key nutrients, it doesn’t stay silent. It shows up as subtle, often overlooked signals like brain fog, tingling, fatigue, mood changes, or dizziness. The challenge is that most standard testing doesn’t look deep enough. The Nutrient Zoomer by Vibrant Wellness goes beyond basic labs to evaluate how your body is actually interacting with vitamins, minerals, and other essential nutrients at a functional level. This helps uncover hidden imbalances that can impact your nervous system, energy, and overall resilience. Instead of guessing, you get clarity on what your body is missing and what it truly needs to function optimally. If you are experiencing unexplained neurological or fatigue-related symptoms, it may be time to look deeper. This treatment is like an oil change for your body 👇 That's how Dr. Darshan Shah, founder of NEXT|HEALTH, describes therapeutic plasma exchange in the latest episode of the Vibrant Wellness Podcast with guest host Iman Hasan. Your plasma is the liquid part of your blood, and it carries a lot of what your body hasn't cleared. Dr. Shah walks through the research on plasma exchange for cardiovascular, metabolic, and cognitive health, and shares why some patients have been able to reduce their medication load. They also unpack: • Stem cell therapy: sources and clinical limitations • Exosomes: the tiny messengers doing the real heavy lifting • Muse cells and what's next in regenerative medicine • GLP-1s and peptides: risks and best practices A real conversation about what's working, what's hype, and what's actually worth paying attention to. 🎧 Click here to tune in on your preferred platform: https://lnkd.in/eXN5bCRR

  • Think it’s just stress or burnout? Think again. Tick-borne illnesses like Lyme disease often go unrecognized because the symptoms don’t always look “textbook.” Instead, they show up as vague, persistent issues that get dismissed or misdiagnosed. Fatigue that doesn’t improve with rest. Brain fog that makes daily tasks harder. Pain that seems to move without explanation. These are not random. They are signals. The problem is most standard testing misses the full picture, leaving many people stuck searching for answers. If something feels off in your body, it is worth investigating. Testing gives you clarity. Clarity gives you direction.

  • The warm feeling you get around people you love (and even your pets) isn't just emotional. It's biological, and it may be one of the most underrated longevity levers we have. Oxytocin isn't just the "love hormone." Research shows it declines roughly threefold as we age, and it also supports bone density and lowers inflammatory markers. But here's what makes it fascinating: oxytocin doesn't work in isolation. It works through connection. The biology only activates when the relationship is real. That's part of what the Grandmother Hypothesis explores. Humans are one of the few mammals that live well beyond their fertile years, and this theory proposes that grandmothers may help explain why. By caring for the young after their own reproductive years ended, grandmothers increased the survival of their family line, giving women a biological reason to keep living longer. It's one lens into why women tend to outlive men, and how multi-generational bonds may have shaped female longevity as we know it. Longevity is built in labs, yes. But it's also built at dinner tables. Full conversation from Dr. Molly Maloof's SXSW fireside chat here: https://lnkd.in/eam_ZAzv

  • Still riding the high from The American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) Longevity Springfest! Here's a recap of what we were up to: 📚 Book signings with two inspiring voices in integrative medicine. Dr. Tom O'Bryan signed copies of You Can Fix Your Brain, and Vincent Pedre M.D. signed copies of The GutSMART Protocol. 🎤 Speaking sessions that went deep on what longevity-focused care actually looks like: Pradip Jamnadas, MD, took on the "Cardiometabolic Epidemic," exploring how advanced panels like Cardio Zoomer can reveal the inflammatory, metabolic, and vascular signals that routine testing often misses. Dr. Pedre took to the stage for "Personalizing Gut Health for Longevity," sharing new research connecting gut diversity indices to health span. And of course, our booth! We had the privilege of having so many thoughtful conversations with practitioners who are rethinking what root-cause testing can unlock for their patients. Thank you to everyone who stopped by, shared an idea, or sparked a new one. Until next time!
