Gave the keynote at TiECon Kerala 2025 this week and it felt like a full-circle moment. The theme was “From Designing Brands to Designing the Future”, a journey that began over 23 years ago with Idea Spice, where I’ve had the privilege of helping build more than 2,500 brands across the world. I shared the experiments, the failures, the reinventions, and the hard knocks that shaped everything I know today. And then I spoke about the second chapter of my life, finding purpose and creating Unlimits , the world’s first AI transformational platform to help people imagine their future and actually take steps toward it. Sharing that on a stage in Kerala, the place I’m from, made it even more special. There’s something deeply grounding about going back home and speaking about the dream you’re now chasing with everything you’ve got. A huge shout-out to TiE Kerala for hosting such an extraordinary event, the scale, the curation, the energy, the brilliant speakers, the pitchfest for young founders, and the way the whole ecosystem came alive. And the venue at Zuri Kumarakom was the perfect backdrop for inspiration. What touched me most was the warmth and hospitality. Every single person from TiE made me feel welcomed, seen, and part of something bigger. Kerala has always been a land of thinkers, dreamers, and doers. TiECon just reminded me how much potential is waiting to be unleashed here. Onward to designing futures.

The Unlimits moonshot diaries October 27 Spent a few hours with the Unlimits team at our Delhi office while passing through on a road trip to take the Unlimits movement to universities across India, helping students get clarity on their future and take action toward it right away. The energy of the Unlimits team was infectious. The team has been working tirelessly, integrating every bit of user feedback and refining the experience as we gear up to launch our first major update next week. What makes me proudest is how user centric they are, every conversation circles back to one purpose “How can we make transformation simpler, more intuitive, and more impactful for our users?”. Huge kudos to our powerhouse team led by our CTO Mohit Sengar , Product Lead John De Goes , and Head of Quality Oscar Filemon Salazar Arce , for pushing limits and perfecting every detail. And to Siddharth Anantharam , who keeps the focus sharp on transformation and the real impact we’re here to create. It’s an exciting chapter ahead, we’re just getting started, and the journey to empower millions of dreamers has only begun.
