One of our new workshop principles: Everyone is "technical" enough. AI started out for "technical" people. ...so did the Internet. But, at some point... technology matures for the mainstream. Tools like Open Claw & Claude Code have proven that 2026 is the year. We don't treat AI like a "technical only" tool anymore. Your entire team is now technical enough to use AI in POWERFUL ways. We start with education and DEMYSTIFICATION. This keeps AI simple and approachable. If the barrier to entry is this low... ...your results will skyrocket.

We help support those who sprint out alone. They are the leaders of tomorrow.
I call this the broken wall syndrome. New technology breaks a hole in the wall of possibilities. All kinds of treasures exist outside the wall, untouched opportunities. People living their lives inside the wall flock to the hole. They are so amazed at the change, they cannot focus beyond the hole. TREASURE and RUBBLE at the break in the wall. They obsess over the opportunities just outside of their previous "limits". They obsess over small coins in the rubble. They all rush towards the next closest treasure, and pick it dry. This happened over the last 12 months in AI: - knowledge-base ai chatbots - then lead gen & marketing automation - then automated content generation & email bots Everyone flocks to the obvious next step. One opportunity at a time, they all rush together... The treasure quickly vanishes, as they fight through rubble for scraps. The real winners sprint into the unknown. The real winners identify niche opportunities far away from the obvious. The real winners are comfortable running away from the crowds. Each new technology reflects the same paradigm: internet, mobile, blockchain, now AI. Winning is literally as simple as thinking one step ahead. Share this if you're sprinting for untouched treasure, and place your belief in the leaders who sprint ahead, instead of those who insist on fighting the crowds.

We've been busy integrating the latest AI practices into our workflows, and it has improved productivity in some areas, and destroyed productivity in others. It's fascinating seeing how some of the biggest companies in the world are navigating this space right now.
Are your developers ready for this? 🤯

Because founders should know the dev-lingo 😏
Outsmart your dev team, lesson 1 🤓🫡 One-shotting: when you write a prompt and you give it an example of what you want, that's one shot prompting. Some companies are also using this phrase when talking about writing such a good product story that your developer can literally copy, paste the story into their code AI tools and have it generate most of the basic code they need.
