𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝟱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝟭𝟬 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀! This month, we are proud to celebrate three special anniversaries of talented TOPIC'ers! 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗮 joined TOPIC five years ago and immediately became a key part of the BMC Farm‑out team. Since then, she has grown from a strong Senior Engineer into a confident more technical lead who brings clarity, energy, and initiative. With her drive and enthusiasm, she turns plans into action and challenges into progress. 𝗣𝗮𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗮 joined TOPIC 10 years ago straight out of school and has grown into one of our most versatile senior designers. From Dyplo rework to multiple BU’s and customer projects, including roles as scrum master and tech lead, she always brings her technical strength, drive and genuine kindness. 𝗧𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘀 is practically part of TOPIC’s DNA. After working with us from 2008–2018, he returned five years ago and we’re very glad he did. Thomas makes a strong impact at each customer with his versatility, abstract thinking, and clear direction. A senior designer with a realistic view, and often spotted joining the lunchtime running crew. Cristina, Paulina and Thomas congratulations again on this milestone. 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗘𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁 In the TOPIC SKA team, one phrase comes up a lot: “Stay out of the rabbit hole." With Easter approaching, Anetta, Project Manager, decided to bring this saying to life during their retrospective by introducing a playful team‑building activity: Bunny Hop. Four bunnies, one carrot at the top of the hill, and plenty of pitfalls on the way: rabbit holes, a sneaky mole, and even a trapdoor waiting to send you backwards. The team was split into two groups and played a few lively rounds, complete with competitive energy and lots of laughter. The winners walked away with a giant chocolate Easter bunny, while the rest enjoyed pots filled with smaller Easter treats. Just as important, it created space to connect, exchange experiences, and learn from one another in an open and supportive setting. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗦𝗶𝗱𝗹𝗲𝗿 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝗧𝗢𝗣𝗜𝗖 𝗮𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Sidler as TOPIC’s new Commercial Director as of February 1st. In this role, he will lead the sales team and drive TOPIC’s growth ambitions for the coming years. Mark brings extensive leadership experience, deep market knowledge and a strong collaborative mindset to further build on our ambitions. In addition to his new responsibilities, Mark will also take on the role of Managing Director a.i.. This temporary assignment follows the leave of absence of Ronald van Gerwen, who is stepping back for an indefinite period due to personal circumstances. We are confident that with his experience, drive and enthusiasm Mark will ensure TOPIC’s continuity and growth, both in his role as Commercial Director and as Managing Director a.i.
