[1/3] On human connection Most companies are rushing towards AI chat. Faster replies, less pressure on your team. I get the appeal. But when someone messages you on your website, they're testing you. They're not just asking a question. They want to know if anyone's actually going to take them seriously. An AI can reply instantly, but can't get rid of that underlying uncertainty. A real reply says: "You matter. I'm here. I get it." That's what builds confidence and confidence is what drives decisions. So when someone reaches out to your business… are they getting an AI reply, or a human one that actually makes them feel heard?
