While he brings a sharp eye for detail and a great perspective to the desk, we are just as excited about who he is outside of the office. When he isn’t diving into complex workflows, he channels that same focus into his love for cooking and experimenting with new recipes. We are incredibly glad to have you on board. Had a great time at InsurTech NY Spring Conference. Met some great people, made new connections, and excited about what’s ahead. Key takeaways: • Partnerships are driving insurance transformation • Insurtechs win on speed, innovation, and flexibility • Scaling partnerships remains a challenge • Success comes down to execution and alignment, not just tech Strong focus as well on execution readiness, aligning with carrier decision processes, and building trust through clear KPIs. Looking forward to what’s next. tigerlab #InsurtechNY #InsurtechSpring

Street walks, amazing food, relaxing massages, epic games, water activities, workshop and let's not forget the legendary 7-Eleven snack hunts and bargaining sessions. 😂💙 But honestly? The best part was the time spent bonding with our amazing colleagues. We came back closer, recharged, and ready to conquer anything together. That's the magic of tigerlab. 🔥 Here's to the moments that matter and the people who make work feel less like work. Until next time, Phuket! 🌊 #tigerlab #teambuilding #thailand #phuket #companytrip #funtimes #WeAreHiring

  • A few months ago, a client walked us through a workflow that looked… normal on the surface. But you could feel the friction. Their underwriters were essentially acting as human APIs, spending hours each day moving data between systems: copying, pasting, double-checking. Not because they wanted to. Because they had to. A legacy database (yes, Microsoft Access) sitting alongside a newer portal that simply didn’t speak the same language. No one liked it. But replacing the core system felt too risky, too expensive, too disruptive. And that’s the reality for many insurance teams today. Not broken systems but disconnected ones. So the conversation shifted. Not: "How do we rebuild everything?" But: "How do we remove friction without creating more of it?" Instead of pushing a full migration, we focused on something smaller and more immediate. A way to let both systems work together in real time. No change in workflow. No steep learning curve. No operational downtime. Just the quiet removal of a bottleneck that had been costing hours every day. What stood out wasn’t the solution itself. It was the pattern behind it. Across the industry, many of the biggest inefficiencies come from: -Systems that were never designed to work together. -Teams are forced to bridge the gaps manually. The most valuable thing we’re seeing right now isn’t always new technology. It’s connective infrastructure the layer that allows existing systems, and the people using them, to finally operate as one. Where are your teams still acting as the “bridge” between systems today? #InsurTech #LegacyTech #InsuranceInnovation #WorkflowEfficiency #tigerlab #Underwriting #MGA

    • Human AI
  • Beyond the Keynote: What It Actually Takes to Scale After a week of high-level conversations around AI and the future of insurance, one theme stood out: The industry isn’t trying to replace people. It’s trying to enable them to be better at what they do. But as the dust settles and we return to our desks, the "Human Side" moves from a slogan to a strategy. We’ve been reflecting on the practicalities of making this real: Building trust by making AI explainable to the experts. Navigating the gap between a pilot project and true operational buy-in. Defining accountability in a world of automated triage. The tech is the engine, but human judgment remains the steering. We’re curious what are the "real-world" hurdles your team is focusing on this month? #InsurTech2026 #InsuranceInnovation #HumanSideOfInsurance #tigerlab #Insurtech

  • Sharp insights from our leadership at InsurTech NY. When launching new products, the real question isn't just build vs buy, it's whether your core systems are enabling speed or holding you back. Across the event, we're seeing more teams prioritise: -Speed and flexibility -Decoupling innovation from legacy systems -Designing for adaptability from the start Because increasingly, the biggest risk isn't getting it wrong, it's moving too slowly. See how tigerlab empowers teams to launch faster: 🔗https://www.tigerlab.com/ #tigerlab #InsurTechNY #CommercialInsurance #CoreSystems #Insurtech #InsuranceInnovation #InsuretechSpring

Great time at InsurTech NY. Amazing people, strong conversations, and a lot of momentum in the room. One recurring theme: When launching a new product, do you stick with your core system or buy/build something new? It depends on IT structure, capital, and whether the core is actually a blocker. What’s clear though, more teams are prioritising speed and flexibility over forcing innovation through legacy systems. Because the real risk today is moving too slowly. tigerlab #InsurtechSpring #CommercialInsurance #Underwriting #InsurTech
