They needed a platform to showcase 12+ luxury waterfront properties while handling complex filtering and lead generation for Pakistan’s mobile-heavy market. 🧩 The Challenge Their previous setup didn’t do justice to these premium oceanfront developments: • Slow load times • Poor mobile UX • No seamless filtering between Emaar and HMR listings Our Solution We built it from scratch using Astro + React + TypeScript, with custom GSAP animations layered in.
