Nutrition planning software for health professionals. A product by Practice Better.

About us

Nutrition planning should be flexible. Existing tools and practices have become too rigid and outdated. They often enforce meal plans as the only acceptable nutrition guidance and hold clients back from achieving their health goals. We wanted to build something better. A tool that adapts to your client's complex needs — whether they need a meal plan, a collection of recipes, or want to do their own meal planning. Our mission is to empower health professionals with tools to provide nutrition guidance in the most beautiful, simplest way.

Over 50% of cardiovascular events happen in people with completely normal LDL. Dr. Emlah Tubuo, PharmD — integrative pharmacist and founder of Powell Pharmacy — opened our Metabolic Health Playbook keynote with That Clean Life and Fullscript with a question. She asked 500+ health and wellness practitioners what percentage of cardiovascular events happen in people with a completely normal cholesterol panel. Some guessed low. The real answer shocked them. The gap isn't in our ability to measure cholesterol. It's in what we're choosing to measure. → Less than 2% of Americans know their Lp(a) value → ApoB, homocysteine, and high-sensitivity CRP rarely appear on standard panels → These markers predict cardiovascular risk — and most practices aren't ordering them "We've done a fantastic job of measuring cholesterol. But we're not assessing risk." — Dr. Emlah Tubuo Every patient in your practice needs their Lp(a) measured. At least once. Watch the full keynote: https://lnkd.in/ejgQb5nb

Practice Better looked at the highest-performing programs on our platform — ranked by revenue and total purchases — and broke down every variable that separates a profitable program from one that stalls before it gets off the ground. Pricing. Length. Structure. Content. The data covers all of it. There's a quiet epidemic in private practice. It's not a clinical condition — but it's burning practitioners out. It's called charting until 9 PM. Your last client left hours ago. But you're still at your desk, reconstructing every session from memory — trying to remember exactly what you said, what they said, and what you both decided to do next. Practice Better's AI Charting Assistant was built for exactly this moment. Here's what it does: → AI Dictation: Speak after your session. Your recap becomes a complete, structured clinical note in seconds. → AI Summary: Listens during your telehealth call. Your note is generated the moment you hang up. → Auto Action Items: Every recommendation, follow-up, and next step is captured automatically — nothing falls through. SOAP, bullet points, or narrative — it delivers notes in the format you already use. You didn't become a practitioner to document. You became one because you wanted to change lives. Your first 600 minutes are free: https://lnkd.in/ephpW_-K

Most functional medicine practitioners are exceptional clinicians running their business on instinct and willpower. That works — until it doesn't. Inconsistent client flow, admin that never ends, revenue that's plateaued despite a full schedule — these aren't signs you're doing something wrong. They're signs something in the system hasn't been diagnosed yet. We put together a free guide called The Root Cause Revenue Method — a diagnostic framework specifically for functional medicine practitioners using Practice Better. It'll help you identify the actual bottleneck in your practice so you can fix the right thing, not just keep pushing harder on the wrong one. 📘 Grab the free guide here: https://lnkd.in/eVdeFbQP

Episode 5 of our Autocomplete Interview is here — and we saved the blooper reel (best) for last. Over five episodes, we answered the questions practitioners actually Google about Practice Better. The production quality was consistent throughout. The poster was not. We'll let our CEO, Nathalie Garcia, have the final word. 💚

You're probably paying for your tech stack twice. Once in subscriptions. Once in hours. Separate tools for scheduling, telehealth, EHR, billing, client portal, and email marketing can run $150–330/mo on their own. Add the 60–100 hours per year your team spends re-entering data and patching the gaps between systems, and you're looking at a real annual cost that can push past $12K. And that's before you've accounted for the HIPAA compliance gaps that come with cobbling together tools that weren't designed to work together. The "good enough" stack isn't — it's just invisible overhead. Full breakdown 🔗: https://lnkd.in/eY8PCqDW
