How thin does precision need to be? How robust does strength need to get? At tesa, we deliver adhesive solutions across a thickness range from 5 μm to 5 mm. That is the difference between a butterfly’s wing and an eagle’s wing, roughly a factor of 1,000. This range translates into real-world applications that demand very different qualities: 🔹Ultra-thin precision: 5 μm tapes enable flawless adhesion in smartphones, where every micron matters. 🔹Robust sealing: 5 mm tapes provide reliable protection for battery box lids in electric vehicles, withstanding mechanical stress and environmental exposure. The engineering challenge is not just reaching one extreme or the other. It is mastering the entire spectrum with consistent quality and performance. Each thickness requires specific adhesive chemistry, carrier materials, and manufacturing precision. Your application determines the solution. tesa’s portfolio delivers the exact thickness your challenge requires. What thickness challenge are you facing in your applications? #AdhesiveTechnology #EngineeringExcellence #CoolTapes #HoldingTheWorldTogether #PrecisionEngineering

Education is not a privilege. It is a foundation. Since 2020, this conviction has carried our partnership with Save the Children. Through a pandemic. Through conflict and displacement. Through emergencies, including climate crises that keep rewriting children's futures. What that partnership truly means is something no statistic can capture. So we let the children speak. Watch how they enter the room. Look at their eyes. Their words. Their laughter and their seriousness. No filter, no narration. Just them. The pandemic alone locked 1.6 billion students in 190 countries out of school. Today, through our extended partnership, more than 88,000 people have been reached from 2024 to 2025 alone. In Vietnam, Colombia, Türkiye, and Germany. Our thanks go to Save the Children. For five years of trust, expertise, and shared conviction. We are proud of what this partnership has made possible. #SaveTheChildren #Education #ChildRights #HoldingTheWorldTogether

A chemist in our Hamburg lab. A machine operator in Suzhou. A logistics specialist in Sparta. What do they all have in common? Every one of them deserves to end their shift the way they started it: safe and well. That belief shapes everything we do on workplace safety at tesa. With more than 5,400 colleagues in our production sites, laboratories, and offices worldwide, our responsibility does not stop at one location. Every one of these workplaces follows one non-negotiable principle: the safety of our people comes first. Zero accidents is not just a metric. It is our commitment to everyone who works with us. On today’s World Day for Safety and Health at Work 2026, we want to thank all safety officers, leaders, and colleagues who look out for themselves and for others every working day. Workplace safety doesn’t happen on paper. It happens in hundreds of small decisions, every single day. Safety is personal. At every site. On every shift. Every day. #WorldDayForSafetyAndHealth #WeDo #WorkplaceSafety #APlaceForYou

6,800 t CO₂ saved in 2025 – with a potential of 38,000 t CO₂ by 2030 across German sites At HANNOVER MESSE we officially received the #MicrosoftIntelligentManufacturingAward in #Sustainability (presented by Microsoft and Roland Berger) for our AI-powered Energy Intelligence platform, developed together with our partner ifesca GmbH. Big kudos to all involved and for turning a complex challenge into measurable impact. The platform links production needs, on-site energy infrastructure, and external energy markets and turns optimization results into automated actions. This is how digitizing can drive more sustainable manufacturing: ➡️ Global monitoring and forecasting for energy and emissions KPIs ➡️ AI-optimized day-ahead and intraday orchestration of flexible assets (Germany) ➡️ Simulation and procurement: deriving optimal strategies from residual demand (coming soon) #WeDO #MIMA #Sustainability #AiTransformation

Progress in sustainability is easy to claim, much harder to prove. At tesa, we believe that real progress needs to be measurable. Proof matters more than promises. Over the past years, we’ve taken important steps on that path. Since 2018, we have reduced our energy-related CO₂ emissions by 50%, a significant milestone on our way toward climate neutrality (Scope 1&2). Across our sites, our photovoltaic systems have already generated 10,000 MWh of electricity - enough to power around 3,000 households for a year. And in our packaging, more than 60% of the materials we use today are recycled or bio-based, clearly exceeding our 2025 target of 50%. These results didn’t come easily. Decoupling growth from emissions remains one of the central challenges and there are no simple solutions. But we are committed to making continuous, tangible progress. Because sustainability is not just about our own footprint. It’s also about enabling our customers to achieve their goals with solutions that help reduce impact across value chains. We will keep moving forward. Step by step. Backed by results. #EarthDay 🌍 #WeDo #Sustainability #ProofBeatsPromises

The display is the central interface between human and machine in modern mobility. So why is it still designed to be discarded when it fails or reaches the end of its lifecycle? Together with AUMOVIO, we’re changing the game. A high-precision, automated bonding solution - strong when it needs to be, releasable when it matters. This redefines how displays are built, serviced, and recovered across their entire lifecycle, unlocking a fundamentally different approach for OEMs: ☑️No more module replacement but compontent-level repair service ☑️Moving away from scrapping towards defined rework processes in production ☑️Shifting from end-of-life disassembly to separation-by-design Premium components that retain their value longer. Sustainability targets translated into engineering requirements. A circular approach built into the bond itself. What about you? Are you still designing for disposal, or already for reuse? #DebondingOnDemand #FutureMobility #automotive
