I feel like we just keep winning on making content repurposing effortless. One of our biggest goals with SummarAIze has always been this: 👉 Drop in a podcast, webinar, or video 👉 Get back everything you need — styled to your voice — with zero friction Today, we’re one step closer. Templates now live inside brand kits. That means: - Each brand (or client, or content type) can have its own set of outputs - No more editing assets that don’t match the tone - Everything generated automatically, the right way, every time One brand kit for your podcast. One for customer interviews. One for your clips. Each with their own exact outputs. This change might seem small — but for creators, marketers, and agencies juggling multiple formats, it’s a massive unlock. We’re just getting started. But man, it’s fun building this. Dropped a quick vid of what we built!

This is insane!! I just created this clip in under a minute using SummarAIze—and I didn’t touch a timeline or editing tool. ✅ AI picked the perfect moment ✅ AutoCrop turned it vertical in seconds ✅ I clicked Add Captions, selected a pre-built style, and boom—done ✅ Exported and ready to post All I did was upload the full video. Everything else? Fully AI-generated. The best part? I didn’t tweak the clip length at all—it just worked. And this is just our first version—it's going to keep getting better! Shoutout to Gabrian Mak for building this in just 10 days—and to Saquib Kothawala (my co-founder) for constantly pushing the product forward alongside him. Can’t believe how fast we’re moving with a two-person engineering team. SummarAIze just keeps getting better. Let’s go 🚀 For context: The clip below is about key skills and mindsets to have for being an early sales hire at a startup.

I almost walked away from the thing I’ve spent the last two years building. SummarAIze wasn’t where I wanted it to be. The UI/UX didn’t feel polished. The product lagged behind competitors. I wasn’t confident demoing it. I dreaded sending people the link. And I barely had time to work on it. For a while, I convinced myself that the right move was to sell it or pivot—start something new with a clean slate. But I realized those were just false objections. What I actually needed was a better system. Better habits. A clearer way to make consistent progress—even with limited time. We’ve now rebuilt major parts of the product using AI (ironically, the same tech that once made me feel behind). We’ve overhauled the UI using smarter, faster tools. I’m more confident than ever in showing it off—and I’ve got the feedback to back it up. Momentum feels real again. If you’re building something on the side, or stuck in a rut with your product, just know: Sometimes the answer isn’t to quit. It’s to zoom out, reset the system, and make space to fall back in love with the problem.
