Over the last five years, we have developed numerous products for our clients. This past year, we built one for ourselves. Thank you to all of you who have supported us through this journey.
Steadynamic, the creators of the new AI-native prototyping platform Ready2Go, believe that the power to create should belong to everyone. For too long, the tools needed to build digital products have been exclusive, complex, and intimidating, built for the 1% of the world with specialized expertise in design and development. The other 99%—the innovators, the dreamers, the entrepreneurs—are left with incredible ideas but no simple way to bring them to life. Ready2Go was built to change that. The Problem with Traditional Prototyping Today's landscape of prototyping and product design tools is filled with complicated interfaces, steep learning curves, and a reliance on low-code or no-code paradigms that still require a foundational understanding of digital product architecture. Even tools like Bolt.new and Loveable, while powerful, are built for a niche audience of digital product professionals. This leaves a massive gap for anyone who has a brilliant idea but lacks the technical background to execute it. The friction between an idea's inception and its first tangible prototype is a chasm that prevents countless innovations from ever seeing the light of day. The Ready2Go Solution: A New Paradigm Ready2Go is not a low-code or no-code platform; it's an AI-native solution that fundamentally rethinks the prototyping process. We've eliminated the need for complex drag-and-drop builders and intricate design flows. Instead, Ready2Go leverages the power of conversational and Generative AI to do the heavy lifting for you. Our platform builds functional prototypes by simply listening to your conversations, processing your document uploads, and conducting its own AI-powered research and enrichment.

Next year is going to be fun. We've put a lot of thought and time into R2G, mainly to make our own lives easier. Next year we make it available to others. A big shout out to Matt Edmund for burning the midnight oil on many occasions in 2025.
Enjoy the downtime. You’ve earned it after another year of wrangling stakeholders and translating vague demands into technical reality. But as you look toward 2026, consider this a warning shot for the "old way" of doing discovery. We are entering an era where forcing complex business logic into rigid, "one-size-fits-none" SaaS buckets is no longer acceptable. We know that the current SaaS model is often just "good enough for the greatest number of users," meaning nobody actually gets what they want. 2026 is the year we stop accepting "good enough." At Ready2Go, we believe you should stop fitting your business to your software; it’s supposed to be the other way around. What’s coming next year? We’re doubling down on features that empower the domain expert—you. We aren't just using AI to summarize meetings faster. We're releasing tools that fundamentally rethink processes that never anticipated AI in the first place. Expect new capabilities focused on: -Rapidly moving from asynchronous inputs to structured business logic. -Higher fidelity "Deconstructed Workshops" that eliminate scheduling deadlock. -Unlocking next-level productivity by putting better tools in the hands of actual experts (that's you). Rest up. The future of requirements gathering is getting a major upgrade in January.

“Stop asking clients questions they don’t understand.” That insight from Brandon Wilson stuck with me. In this episode of "Pitch, Build, Scale," we dive deep into how Steadynamic uses AI agents to extract requirements, build rapid prototypes, and validate product ideas before a single line of code is written. Instead of sending clients away with 12-page recaps no one reads, they generate clickable prototypes and collaborative visualizations—turning vague ideas into concrete, testable solutions. If you run a dev shop or build custom software, this episode will challenge how you approach discovery, alignment, and AI’s role in early-stage product design. 🎧 Full episode link in first comment. #AIDrivenDevelopment #SoftwareDiscovery #DevAgencyInsights #AIAgents
