Next year is going to be fun. We've put a lot of thought and time into R2G, mainly to make our own lives easier. Next year we make it available to others. A big shout out to Matt Edmund for burning the midnight oil on many occasions in 2025.
Enjoy the downtime. You’ve earned it after another year of wrangling stakeholders and translating vague demands into technical reality. But as you look toward 2026, consider this a warning shot for the "old way" of doing discovery. We are entering an era where forcing complex business logic into rigid, "one-size-fits-none" SaaS buckets is no longer acceptable. We know that the current SaaS model is often just "good enough for the greatest number of users," meaning nobody actually gets what they want. 2026 is the year we stop accepting "good enough."
