Munich stayed up all night. And it was worth it. 🌙 🚀 Last weekend, we were proud to open our Munich office as the host location for Hack-Nation's Global AI Hackathon 2.0, one of 12 cities running simultaneously for 24 hours straight. 5,500+ applications. 1,700+ builders selected. 13 cities. One weekend. Munich showed up. Teams coded through the night. Intense, creative, fully committed. Just builders showing up and shipping. At some point during the night, something shifted. Teams went from “this might work” to testing things with real implications, adjusting on the fly, making calls, taking risks. It felt less like a hackathon and more like a compressed version of building a company. All happening in under 24 hours. This is exactly the kind of energy we want in our space, and exactly why we said yes to being location partner. Most people still think of BASF, CNH Industrial, and John Deere as agricultural companies. They’re not anymore. What’s happening in agri-industry is a quiet but fundamental shift: product companies are becoming integrated systems businesses. And it’s already well underway. 🌿 BASF has moved beyond inputs. It runs an open innovation setup with 50+ startups, combining data-driven soil management with new predictive internal generative AI for strategic decision-making. 🚜 CNH Industrial goes beyond machinery. Its equipment detects weeds, anticipates failures, and connects over 1 million hectares in real time. Result: −30% herbicide use, −20% fuel consumption. 🛰️  John Deere positions itself as a technology company, and operates like one. Its autonomous R8 tractor makes decisions in real time. 𝘚𝘦𝘦 & 𝘚𝘱𝘳𝘢𝘺 reduces herbicide use by up to two-thirds. 14.4 million hectares connected. Three companies. Different approaches. One direction.
