Our research shows girls aged 11–18 miss out on 280 million hours of sport every year compared to boys 📈 So, in partnership with Judy Murray, we’re supporting the expansion of her Learn to Lead programme giving schools across Scotland the chance to keep girls active and to build confidence. Initiatives like Learn to Lead show how we can make a real difference and help children enjoy the benefits of physical activity, both on and off the field and we're proud to support Judy in giving more girls the opportunity to take part, learn, and lead.

Last week at Sky Ireland, we were proud to host Carla Ward, Head Coach of the Republic of Ireland Women’s National Team, for an inspiring conversation on leadership, resilience, and empowerment as part of our Women at Sky network and sponsorship of the Ireland national football teams.   Hosted by Sky Ireland CEO, JD B., Carla shared stories from her remarkable personal and career journey to date and some insights on building high-performing teams, fostering inclusion, and staying true to your values.   A huge thank you to Carla and to our Women at Sky committee for creating such a meaningful event. At Sky, we’re committed to driving inclusion and empowering leaders at every level - and conversations like these make that vision real.   #BoundByBelief

Last week, thousands of Sky colleagues in the UK came together to wrap over 8,000 gifts for The Multibank charity, Age UK and other local charities. Across the Sky Group, our teams wrapped even more, bringing our total up to over 10,000 gifts.   This Christmas, so many people and families are struggling to make ends meet. When it's hard to put food on the table, Christmas presents feel completely out of reach. Now thousands of people and families across the UK will receive gifts wrapped and donated by Sky volunteers.    From games to toys to toiletries and treats, it's all about spreading a little joy at Christmas.

We’re taking our long-standing partnership with the Ladies European Tour into a landmark 30th year.   Under the new agreement, Sky Sports and NOW will remain the exclusive home of the LET and the next three Solheim Cups through the end of 2030, extending a partnership that’s helped drive the growth of women’s golf over the last three decades.   The LET continues to showcase the very best of the sport and with an exciting 2026 Solheim Cup on the horizon, we’re delighted to keep bringing unmissable moments to audiences across the UK and Ireland.
