It is built close to where value is created.
At Selecta one, this means staying close to our plants, our people, our customers and the operational reality of our business.
From 1 May 2026, we are taking the next formal step in the development of our leadership structure with the launch of our Group Leadership Team.
This is not a short-term reorganization.
It is part of a deliberate, multi-year transition to broaden responsibility, strengthen the organization and prepare leadership succession in a structured and responsible way.
What matters most to me: we can take this step from within.
Torsten Mundus, Floris Tas and Nils Behrens will join the Group Leadership Team as internal leaders who have grown with Selecta one and who bring deep experience in key parts of our business:
Production.
Sales.
Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Procurement.
Together with Ulrich Sander, Andrea Dohm and myself, they will help form a broader leadership base for the Group.
The strength of our leadership does not lie in the Group Leadership Team alone. It also lies in the wider Senior Management of the Group: around 30 colleagues across countries, functions and business areas.
This wider leadership community brings together what makes Selecta one strong:
Different generations.
Different nationalities.
Different perspectives.
Different backgrounds.
Women and men.
Deep operational experience and strategic responsibility.
Continuity and renewal.
In an international company like Selecta one, this is not a slogan. It is a practical leadership strength.
We operate across countries, cultures, crops, customers and supply chains. Leadership in such an environment requires more than hierarchy. It requires trust, clarity, listening, learning and the ability to connect people around a shared direction.
It also requires a sense of humility.
For me, leadership carries a duty to serve: our people, our customers and Selecta one.
That is what we want to build further.
We will take the necessary time for this transition.
Because leadership succession is not a technical exercise. It is a responsibility towards the company, our people, our customers and the future of Selecta one.
I am proud that we can start this next phase with people who know the company, know our customers and are ready to take wider responsibility.
Not replacing what has made Selecta one strong.
Building on it.
Dear Floris, Torsten and Nils, congratulations and welcome to the GLT.
I am looking forward to this next step together.
