We’re gathering practitioner input from enterprise security executives for an upcoming research report examining how AI training is actually happening in real-world settings. The focus is on what works and what doesn’t — formal education, vocational and immersion programs, conferences, social platforms, and on-the-job learning — and how effective these approaches are across different roles and disciplines. This is experience-based and vendor-neutral. Responses will help shape a broader analysis of AI readiness, workforce development, and operational risk.
