Game ON at RRHA! This past Saturday (April 25), the energy was high and the competition was fierce as nearly 50 talented students, ages 8 - 15, from Mosby, Whitcomb, Fairfield and Hillside communities, showed up and showed OUT at our e-gaming tournament! After some intense matchups and clutch moments, big congrats go to our champions from Hillside Court —y’all came ready! 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐫 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝟒 In Virginia, Source of Funds is a protected class under the Virginia Fair Housing Law, which means landlords cannot refuse to rent to someone solely because they use a Housing Choice Voucher or other lawful income sources. However, voucher holders must still meet the landlord’s screening and eligibility criteria, such as credit, rental history, criminal background screening, and income requirements applied equally to all applicants.
