    We’re officially in Q2, and the gap between the builders who “get it” and those who don’t is becoming obvious. While everyone is talking about the Spring market, most digital strategies are still stuck in 2024. I’m seeing the same 2 mistakes: Builders are throwing more money at ads to force results, but they’re buying short-term wins at the expense of long-term growth. Costs go up, efficiency goes down, and no one can explain why. At the same time, there’s little to no real tracking in place. Decisions are being made based on surface-level metrics, not actual cost per lead or cost per sale. That’s not a strategy. That’s guessing with a budget behind it. What should you be doing instead?
