Proud to be part of a team that shows up when it matters.
When our executives raised the need for a food and essentials drive, Kristina Perdew & Jesselle Hedman Dutton, PHR stepped in to lead—and I had the privilege of supporting them in bringing it all together. Our team gathered canned goods, hygiene products, school supplies, and household essentials, and capped it off with a packing party to prepare everything for donation.
What meant the most wasn’t just the turnout—it was the intention behind it.
We’re living in a time when so many people are facing instability, food insecurity, and circumstances that go far beyond holiday-season giving. The need doesn’t disappear once the decorations come down. And seeing my colleagues acknowledge that reality, and choose to act anyway, made me genuinely proud to be part of this team.
Revery continues to amaze me—not just for the work we create, but for the heart behind the people who make it happen. Being surrounded by individuals who care about the uncomfortable, real issues happening in our communities is something I don’t take for granted.
Thank you to Kristina Perdew & Jesselle Hedman Dutton, PHR, and thank you to everyone at Revery who contributed. I’m grateful for the chance to support more initiatives like this as we keep finding meaningful ways to show up for others.
