Updates

  • In his latest update, Janis talks about being a guest earlier this year on the podcast “What's in the Title?” In the episode, he shares insights into how we operate at Realode: working across borders and time zones, partnering with top industry experts, and staying purposefully lean. 🎧 Listen to the episode here: https://lnkd.in/gajabUyN

This year, 𝗜'𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗱𝗺𝗶𝘁, 𝗜'𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱. The regular updates on my social media and those planned posts about my life and my company's journey – somehow, they all slipped through the cracks as 2025 rushed by. But today, I'm choosing to break the silence and share one of the 𝗮𝗯𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝘆 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 🚀 A dream come true doesn't always appear as you imagine it. It doesn't have to be big, and sometimes, it looks like an unexpected invitation – to the podcast "What's in the Title?" by my dear friend Diana Kazaniecki 🎙️ What made it special wasn't just sharing my story, but being among the very first guests on her show. We dove into what it's like to run a remote microagency, pulling back the curtain on a business run between continents and time zones. Beyond that, Diana nudged me to share insights about the life of a so-called digital nomad. Truth be told, I rarely use that label, and my circle of close friends isn't packed with globe-trotting nomads. My journey has been shaped by the environment, life circumstances, and simply practical decisions. But also, by the desire to see more of the world while doing what I love. 🎧 𝗣𝗼𝗱𝗰𝗮𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗺𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗜 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗻. They've helped me pick up languages and explore faraway cultures long before I could afford the flights. Even today, they're a bridge to people I admire and topics that challenge me to grow. So, sitting in the guest chair this time felt surreal, the culmination of years spent as a listener, now given a voice. Will I start my own podcast one day? Maybe. But that's not at the top of my wishlist right now. For now, I find genuine 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 in having been part of Diana’s podcasting journey, sharing a slice of my own story, and hopefully inspiring someone out there to keep learning, dreaming, and taking steps towards their dreams. 💡 Diana interviews people of very interesting backgrounds and life callings, so make sure to check out all the episodes of her podcast here: https://lnkd.in/gB_APQY5 Once again, thank you, Diana, for making me part of your podcasting journey! 🙏🏻
