I was honored to participate in the panel at the “Services are the Next Software” event hosted by Google Cloud and Grove Ventures. It was fascinating to hear from Lotan Levkowitz, Bar Winkler, Ran Ribenzaft, Ayelet Gilan, Gadi Krumholz, Yaron Haviv, Amit Harel and Ariel Salpeter. Nearly all companies today are investing in AI, yet according to a recent McKinsey report, only 1% of leaders describe their organizations as “mature” in AI deployment, meaning that AI is fully integrated into workflows and driving substantial business outcomes. What stood out most to me in the discussions is the importance of bridging AI-driven technology with customer-centric delivery. I believe this is the key to creating real, lasting impact, and it’s what we focus on every day at REAL.
