Robinhood's choice of Arbitrum Orbit over Solana for tokenized stocks wasn't about performance: it was about control and compliance. Robinhood needed: - Complete control over transaction ordering (to prevent illegal front-running) - Custom compliance logic for regulatory requirements - Deterministic execution for 24/7 tokenized equities Traditional finance needs predictable infrastructure with guaranteed execution, while most blockchain infrastructure offers probabilistic systems.
