As the holiday travel rush ramps up, a recent RACV poll of more than 1,200 people found that luggage issues are more common than many travellers expect: ▪️61% reported their luggage was delayed or damaged, but returned, ▪️26 % lost luggage ▪️13% per cent said their luggage was stolen, and never got it back at all RACV is urging travellers to be prepared for potential luggage mishaps and understand their rights when things go wrong.
