It's always a pleasure having our Sales teams in town! Here's to another successful summit!
What a great week we have had so far!! We had the pleasure of hosting our Puttshack event sales team at HQ in Chicago for our Annual Sales Summit! We started our day 1 with Seth Rankin and a training session on Making it Happen. Thank you so much Seth! You gave our team the confidence to get out there and SELL! Later in the day we had different departments stop by including: Our CEO David Bagley who did a state of the union for the team Our Marketing Team Alison Schulman, Emily Iott, Emily Koval, & Angelina Gradilla - they gave the team our plan of attack for the year Our L&D Team Laura DePasquale & David Rill who launched our SkillShack LMS tool so our team has easy access to training & SOPs Our Business Development Manager Heather Tomala who gave the team some tips & tricks on cold calling, multi-pronged outreach approach and how to tackle their market! We ended the day with a cookie decorating competition where the team was able to get creative with their skills and work as a team! Our winning team had "Chef Tony" and all his favorite foods! Thank you Chicago Dine-Around for providing such a fun event. Day 2 was more informative where we kicked off our new Sales Cadence software, Outreach, for the team so that they can take charge of their success and be able to do outreach efficiently! Shoutout to Justin Doebert for working hard with the Outreach team to make this a successful launch! We ended the summit with the "Putty's" where we acknowledged the hard work of our team members with trophies and applause! Congratulations to our "Green Jacket Club" winners who exceeded 100% to goal in 2025 - Jessica Turner, Haley Aicklen & Nick Brugh! We celebrated many other wins as well! We have a lot of work to do but are so excited to lay the ground work for a successful 2026! Thank you to all who attended and here is to a phenomenal year!
