Most teams don’t fail because of strategy. They struggle because people don’t feel safe enough to speak. When pressure is high, the cracks don’t show up in KPIs first. They show up in silence. In withdrawal. In people carrying too much on their own. Right now, many leaders are asking the same questions: - Why is engagement slipping even when intentions are good? - Why does performance wobble when stress quietly builds? - Why do capable people hesitate to ask for help? These aren’t soft issues. They are performance issues. Join us for this upcoming I Am Here Live Session with Anna Marie Brosi MSc GMBPsS, Jim Breen and Jennifer (Jenni) Timony as they explore what really helps teams stay resilient and perform well when things get tough. Drawing on real-world experience, psychology, and leadership practice, the session will focus on what leaders can apply in everyday working life. This is a grounded, practical conversation for leaders who want teams that don’t just cope, but support one another and perform sustainably. If you lead people, set the tone, or influence culture, this ones for you. Register below: https://lnkd.in/gQfgbUhn #Leadership #PsychologicalSafety #Wellbeing #HighPerformance

I once had the privilege of interviewing Micheál Ó Muircheartaigh. We met in August 2015, a few days before his 85th birthday. I wished him a happy birthday in advance. He just smiled and said, “We never placed much ‘meas’—much respect—on birthdays in West Kerry.” Later, I shared the story with Mam and Dad. They smiled too. “Celebrating birthdays only came in recently,” Mam said, almost as if it were a modern invention. But today, I can’t help marking a birthday of our own. PulseLearning is 26. 26 years of people showing up with commitment and creativity. 26 years of clients placing their trust in us — sometimes before we even earned it. 26 years of mistakes that didn’t break us, but shaped us. 26 years of delivering value where it mattered. 26 years of being lucky — and trying our best to deserve that luck. What I feel most today is gratitude. Deep, quiet, humbling gratitude. To everyone who has supported us, challenged us, believed in us, or simply walked a few steps of the journey with us: Thank you 🧡 I Am Here
