Yesterday's webinar left us with a lot to reflect on. Lisa Christopher shared something that stayed with everyone in the room, her very first shift as an enrolled nurse in aged care. Alone. No RN on site. A resident with a head strike. And policies that were nowhere to be found when it mattered most. That moment is exactly why AI clinical knowledge tools like Polly. Lifeview Residential Care's AI agent built on their own policies are so meaningful. Not as a tech project, but as a genuine safety net for the people doing the hardest work. "A buddy that never goes home." That's how Lisa described it. Available every shift, consistent, non-judgmental, regardless of a staff member's background or experience level. Big thanks to Lisa, Ruby Pulvirenti from Druid AI, and Murtuza Kapadia and Brendan Snowden from our own ProcessX team for a genuinely special conversation. Missed it? Reach out and we'll send the link. #AgedCare #AIinHealthcare #ClinicalGovernance #AgedCareInnovation #NursingLeadership #DigitalHealth #AustralianAgedCare #DruidAI #Homecare #AgedcareAustralia #HomecareAustralia #NDIS #AgeingAustralia

Yesterday's webinar was thought provoking. A heartfelt thankyou to Lisa Christopher, whose honesty, experience, and passion for aged care made our How AI Agents Strengthen Clinical Care in Aged Care webinar truly special. Lisa opened up about her very first shift as an enrolled nurse in aged care. Placed in charge of a facility alone, with no registered nurse on site. When a resident fell and sustained a head strike, she had nowhere to turn. The policies existed but finding them quickly in that moment was impossible. It's a story that stayed with us, and it's exactly why this work matters. After 15+ years in the industry, Lisa has seen accountability in aged care transform from resting on the individual nurse to spanning entire governance structures. But the day-to-day challenge remains the same: staff need answers in the moment, not buried across multiple folders or policies documents in the share drive. That's where Polly comes in. Lifeview Residential Care's AI clinical knowledge agent, built on their own policies and procedures. As Lisa described it, Polly is "a buddy that never goes home". Available every shift, without judgment, giving every staff member the same clear, consistent answer regardless of their background or experience level. The impact goes beyond compliance: ·      New starters feel less overwhelmed in those critical first months ·      Agency staff can access facility-specific knowledge immediately ·      Staff whose first language isn't English get equal access to information ·      Senior staff spend less time shadowing and more time with residents Lisa also reminded us that this isn't just technology for large enterprise providers. Lifeview operates four facilities, and they've shown it's absolutely achievable at a small to medium scale. As Lisa put it: "The question isn't –‘Are we big enough?' ‘It's can we afford not to?'" Thank you, Lisa, for your insights, your expertise, and your unwavering focus on what matters most: better outcomes for residents, and better experiences for the people who care for them. Also, a big thankyou to Ruby Pulvirenti from Druid AI for leading the conversation and my partner Murtuza Kapadia who shared ProcessX's experiences with our work with other providers. If you missed the webinar, please reach out and I am happy to send the link #AgedCare #AIinHealthcare #ClinicalGovernance #AgedCareInnovation #NursingLeadership #DigitalHealth #AustralianAgedCare #DruidAI #Homecare #AgedcareAustralia #HomecareAustralia #NDIS #AgeingAustralia

  • Aged care leaders — this one's for you. 👇 One of the most consistent themes we're hearing right now: frontline issues often start with a simple bottleneck — staff can't access the right procedure or policy fast enough. When policies are scattered across systems, updates don't reach staff consistently, and informal practices fill the gaps — inconsistency stops being an operational frustration and becomes a compliance and care risk. That's exactly what we're tackling in our upcoming live webinar: 🎙 Speed to Compliance: How AI Agents Strengthen Clinical Care in Aged Care 📅 Tuesday, 28 April | 10:00 AM AEST We'll be joined by Lisa Christopher, Clinical Capability Lead at Lifeview Residential Care, alongside Brendan Snowden and Murtuza Kapadia from ProcessX, hosted by Ruby Pulvirenti from Druid AI. In this practical session, we'll cover: ✅ The compliance challenges Clinical Care Managers are navigating today ✅ Real-time, policy-backed guidance at the point of care ✅ How AI agents reduce admin burden and support "what do I do now?" decisions in real time ✅ Freeing up frontline teams to focus on what matters most — exceptional resident care This isn't theory. It's a real conversation with a real provider about what's working on the ground. 🔗 Register here → Speed to Compliance: How AI Agents Strengthen Clinical Care in Aged Care #AgedCare #ClinicalGovernance #Compliance #AIinHealthcare #AgedCareLeadership #ResidentCare

Webinar Tuesday 28 April What does compliance really look like on the floor of an aged care facility? It's a nurse reaching the end of a long shift, still catching up on documentation. It's clinical staff navigating complex care requirements with limited time and support. It's leaders trying to close the gap between best practice and everyday reality. We're bringing that conversation to life. ProcessX and Druid AI are hosting a webinar featuring a Clinical Care Manager currently working in the industry — sharing the real compliance pressures facing aged care providers right now, and how AI agents are making a difference. Speed to Compliance: How AI Agents Strengthen Clinical Care in Aged Care We'll cover: → The compliance challenges Clinical Care Managers are navigating today → How AI agents reduce admin burden for frontline staff → Smarter documentation and real-time clinical decision support → Delivering consistent, compliant care across every resident interaction Because when you free up your staff from manually entering information into resident management systems, they can do what they're there to do: deliver exceptional care to every resident. • We're proud to announce the successful completion of another complex clinical data migration for Roshana Group — moving critical resident data into Telstra Health iCare as the target system. The scope covered some of the most sensitive and intricate data types in aged care: • Assessments & care plans • Clinical photos • Diagnosis records • Allergy information • Supporting files & documents What made this project stand out: ⏱ Delivered within a 4-week migration window 📅 High data recency maintained at cutover — ensuring staff could hit the ground running with current, reliable information from day one 🔒 Data integrity upheld across all clinical record types Successful clinical migrations require far more than a lift-and-shift. They demand deep understanding of source and target system structures, careful transformation logic, and thorough validation — all while keeping the end user experience front of mind. Congratulations to the Roshana Group team and everyone who contributed to this outcome. Onwards! 🚀 #DataMigration #ClinicalData #TelstraHealth #iCare #AgedCare #HealthIT #DigitalTransformation #RoshanaGroup

  • Great perspective from Brendan Snowden on the role of automation in Accounts Receivable for aged care and home care. At ProcessX, we’re seeing firsthand how providers are transforming their receivables processes by removing manual steps and creating a single, reliable flow of information, from correspondence through to finance systems. The impact is immediate: - Reduced billing enquiries - Improved accuracy of fee updates - More time for teams to focus on higher-value work - Better experience for residents and families And while AI agents are dominating the conversation, it’s important not to overlook the foundations. Automation, including RPA, is what creates the structured, consistent processes that AI depends on. Without that foundation, AI can’t deliver meaningful outcomes. With it, the possibilities are significant. If you’re starting your automation or AI journey in aged care or home care, Accounts Receivable is a powerful place to begin. #AgedCare #HomeCare #AccountsReceivable #Automation #RPA #AI #DigitalTransformation #AIAgents #AgeingAustralia #AgedcareAustralia #HomecareAustralia #IntelligentAutomation #NDIS

In aged care and home care, Accounts Receivable isn’t just a finance function, it’s a frontline experience for residents and their families. Yet, many providers are still dealing with: - Paper-based correspondence - Delays waiting for letters or downloads - Manual data entry into finance systems - And ultimately, avoidable errors and billing confusion These challenges continually play out across the sector, and the impact is significant. At ProcessX, we’ve been helping providers automate these processes end-to-end: ✔Automatically downloading and consolidating correspondence ✔ Extracting and updating fee changes directly into finance systems ✔ Creating a single source of truth for Accounts Receivable ✔ Proactively highlighting changes to reduce inbound enquiries The result? - Fewer billing enquiries from families - Accurate, timely fee updates - Finance teams focused on higher-value work - Elimination of manual processing errors While at the same time there’s a lot of noise right now around AI agents, and rightly so. But here’s the reality: - AI agents are only as effective as the processes they sit on top of. - And those processes need to be structured, standardised, and automated first. This is where RPA and workflow automation still play a critical role. They don’t compete with AI, they enable it. If your Accounts Receivable processes are still manual or fragmented, introducing AI without fixing the foundations will only amplify the chaos. The providers we’re working with are taking a different approach: - Automate first - Create clean, reliable data flows - Then layer in AI for intelligence and decisioning That’s how you get real transformation, not just hype. If you’re in aged care, home care or NDIS provider and thinking about AI, start with your receivables or payable processes. It’s one of the fastest ways to unlock value, for your team and the families you serve. #AgedCare #HomeCare #AccountsReceivable #Automation #RPA #AI #DigitalTransformation #AIAgents #AgeingAustralia #AgedcareAustralia #HomecareAustralia #IntelligentAutomation #ProcessX #NDIS

  • At ProcessX, we recently took a moment to pause, connect, and celebrate the momentum we’ve built over the past few months. Sharing a team lunch together was a great reminder that success isn’t just about outcomes, it’s about the people behind them. Taking time away from our screens to enjoy good food, conversation, and a few laughs made it even more meaningful. As we head into the Easter long weekend, it’s also a timely reminder of how important it is to step back, recharge, and spend quality time with family and friends. The best ideas and energy often come when we give ourselves space to rest. To our partners, clients, and friends, thanks for being part of the journey so far. We wish you a fantastic and well-deserved Easter break.

🎉 Nine months ago, someone told us they wanted 29 aged care homes migrated. We thought it was ambitious. We went with it anyway. Today, we're proud to announce the successful completion of the Respect data migration project — one of the largest and most complex migrations we've delivered. 📊 By the numbers: • 29 aged care homes and ~2,900 beds successfully migrated • 8 go-lives across September to March • 10,000+ resident PDFs migrated • Scope to include assessments/ care plans/ charts/ allergies, demographics, diagnosis, and clinical fields Joss, who led the charge on the Respect side, set the tone from day one: "Nine months ago, when we initially reached out to ProcessX, I knew the task ahead was a big one and some would have said maybe impossible." Data migration in aged care is complex, high-stakes, and deeply human work. No large project comes without its challenges — and this one was no different. But the team's ability to adapt and absorb change made all the difference: "In any big project like this you're always going to have teething issues. But I can hands down say that the ProcessX team navigated the challenges extremely well and worked with us to resolve any issues with a positive outcome" And her final word on the partnership said it all: "This definitely wouldn't have been possible if we didn't have ProcessX involved in this project." A sentiment echoed across the entire Respect team — what started as hesitant questions became confident collaboration, and what started as a project became a partnership. Kerrin captured it perfectly: "It's been this crazy evolution... our questions were very hesitant — 'oh, can we?' And now the last go-live it was 'hey Mark, we've been thinking, can we do this?' Our knowledge base has grown so much but also our relationship had changed so much." To Mark Gabriel Simon, Murtuza Kapadia, Vishnupriya Singh, and the entire team who worked tirelessly behind the scenes — this is what you do best. 👏 There are still organisations in aged care and home care managing data migrations manually. We hope this project is a reminder that there's a better way — and that the right partnership makes all the difference. #Respect #ProcessX #DataMigration #AgedCare #AIinAgedCare #DigitalTransformation #TeamWork #HealthcareIT

  • AI for better aged care, but let’s start with what really matters. In aged care, the most valuable currency isn’t data, it’s time. Time to listen, connect, and deliver truly person-centred care. Yet growing compliance and workforce pressures are pulling carers away from this. That’s where AI, particularly agentic AI, can help. Not to replace human care, but to restore it. In our latest Aged Care Today article, we explore how AI can: • Reduce admin burden and “shadow work” • Provide real-time, policy-aligned guidance • Improve consistency and audit readiness • Support better decision-making https://lnkd.in/g3CVbYdt But success isn’t about big transformations. It starts with: • Strong digital foundations • Clear, high-impact use cases • Starting small and scaling The opportunity is simple: Use AI to give time back to carers and bring the human touch back to care. If you're exploring AI in aged care, let's connect. #AgedCareAustralia #AgeingAustralia #HomecareAustralia #AgedCare #Homecare #AI #AgenticAI #DruidAI #ProcessX #ProcessImprovement #Automation #IntelligentAutomation

  • Admissions in aged care and home care should be simple, accurate, and centred around people. We’re proud to see our team sharing how intelligent automation can transform the admissions experience for providers, residents, and families. Across the sector, admissions teams are still managing fragmented processes, re-entering information across screening forms, CRM systems, finance platforms, and resident management applications. It’s time-consuming and increases the risk of errors. At ProcessX, our goal is to remove that complexity. By capturing key information once and enabling seamless, bi-directional data flow between CRM and provider systems, our automation solutions help aged care and home care providers: ✔ Eliminate manual data entry ✔ Improve accuracy and compliance ✔ Accelerate admissions and onboarding ✔ Free up admissions teams to focus on residents and families Better processes lead to better experiences from day one. Great to see this conversation gaining momentum as providers explore smarter, more connected ways to manage admissions. #AgedCare #HomeCare #HealthTech #Automation #DigitalHealth #ProcessImprovement #ProcessX #AgedcareAustralia #HomecareAustralia #InteligentAutomation

Admissions in aged care and home care should be about people, not paperwork. In many cases, the admissions process is the first real interaction families have with a provider. It’s a critical moment. Yet behind the scenes, many admissions teams are still managing fragmented processes, manually re-entering the same information across screening forms, contracts, CRM records, finance platforms, and resident management systems. This isn’t just inefficient. It impacts speed, accuracy, and the experience families have during an already stressful time. At ProcessX, we believe admissions should be seamless. Our automation solutions capture critical information once, from sources such as the National Screening and Assessment Form (NSAF), hospital enquiry forms, contracts and the power of attorney, and intelligently moves that data across CRM, resident management, and finance systems. The result: ✔ No more manual data entry ✔ Seamless system integration ✔ Faster admissions and onboarding ✔ Improved accuracy and compliance ✔ More time for the admissions team to focus on contacting residents and families By enabling bi-directional data flow between CRM platforms and provider systems, ProcessX ensures the right information reaches the right system at the right time, eliminating duplication and reducing costly errors. For aged care and home care providers, this means faster admissions, smoother onboarding, and a better experience for residents and their families from day one. Automation isn’t just about efficiency, it’s about giving care teams the time to focus on what matters most. If you're exploring ways to modernise admissions and reduce administrative burden, I’d welcome a conversation. #AgedCare #HomeCare #HealthTech #Automation #DigitalHealth #ProcessImprovement #ProcessX #AgedcareAustralia #HomecareAustralia #InteligentAutomation #ResidentAdmissions #Admissions
