We design award-winning apps and augmented, mixed and virtual reality solutions for clients around the world. Our approach to designing VR experiences is to focus on immersion and interactivity, for example by developing empathic avatars for next generation social skills training. We're kicking off the autumn season in style, with Escape Fake at Ars Electronica festival! This time around, you will find us in the Create Your World section (Post City, Ground floor), showing mini-games created by teachers and students alongside #EscapeFake. Their ideas are results from a semester-long process of co-designing media literacy tools, that will be included in the Escape Fake toolkit. In our “Play & Talk” sessions we will be joined by teachers and students from HTL Salzburg, discussing what it means to learn and to create for media literacy and how perspectives shift when you go from being a consumer, to being a creator. #medialiteracy #createyourworld #escapefake #codesign

  • Four years ago, we started developing a product especially designed for teams. We were in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic and there was a lot of shift to hybrid and remote work, as well as much uncertainty about what the future would hold. As we recently brought Crew Together XR to market, it's great to look back at what has shaped our path getting here. In this short article, we share our insights, gathered in over a decade of working with companies on a range of HR-related topics such as onboarding, teamwork and collaboration. Here's what we learned, and what convinced us that we need to keep going, even when the times were rough. And, by the way, Crew Together has its own Linkedin page now! Follow us there for insights into immersion x team learning & more! #teamdevelopment #teamtrainig #collaboration #immersivelearning #XR

In 2021, we started working on Crew Together — an immersive experience designed to help teams thrive, whether they are co-located, remote or hybrid. After over seven years creating custom experiences to tackle HR challenges like onboarding, culture-building, and employee engagement, we began to notice a pattern. Across industries and company sizes, the same pain points kept coming up. To validate these insights, we also conducted interviews with senior HR leaders and coaches in organizational development. Here’s what we learned — and why we decided to build Crew Together. #teamdevelopment #teamtraining #collaboration #immersivelearning #XR
