We’re expanding our team and looking for a Technical Support Engineer who enjoys solving real engineering problems and working with advanced simulation tools. 🔧 Role: Technical Support Engineer – PoligonCast What you’ll do: Support global customers using PoligonCast casting simulation software Assist with software installation, configuration, and licensing Analyze simulation models and results (thermal, solidification, defects) Troubleshoot meshing, materials, boundary conditions, and solver issues Prepare technical documentation, FAQs, and support knowledge base Collaborate closely with product development and engineering teams Assist in demos, onboarding, and technical training sessions Who should apply: Mechanical / Metallurgical / Production Engineering background Knowledge of metal casting processes (Sand, Die, Investment, etc.) Exposure to CAE / Simulation tools (Casting, CFD, FEA preferred) Strong analytical mindset and communication skills Curious, proactive, and eager to work on deep-tech engineering software 🎯 Why PoligonCast: Work on a globally used engineering simulation product Hands-on exposure to real industrial and R&D casting problems Clear growth path into Application Engineering, Product Engineering, or R&D Collaborative, flexible, and engineering-driven culture 📍 Work Mode: Onsite / Hybrid / Remote (all options available) 📅 Start Date: 2 January 2026 🕒 Employment Type: Full-time 📩 Interested?
