    The smartphone is the most consequential invention of the 21st century. It’s also the only one people are actively trying to use less of. That tension is the whole story of where wearable AI goes next. The people adopting wearables aren’t doing it because the technology is impressive. They’re doing it because they have a deep, unmet need. The first wave missed that - trying to invent the future instead of solving one clear user problem.     How do I get content out quickly and often? That has to be one of the most common questions I get whenever I chat with a business group. The answer is simple: you use your voice.     The best operators aren’t the busiest—they’re the clearest. Busy looks productive. But in high-stakes work, busy is often just unresolved thinking. They win because they lose less:  • less context  • less nuance  • less signal from important conversations They walk out of a meeting knowing:  • what actually matters  • what decision is being made  • what happens next 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝟯 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿.
