    Update on Quality Measures Data and Data Validation Audits Join PharmScript LLC on Wednesday, February 4th, from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. EST. Leah Klusch, RN BSN FACHCA, Operational Consultant for Alliance Training Center, will present the webinar. Facilities are expanding Quality Measures data beyond the MDS and adding new MDS items that directly contribute to Quality Measure outcomes. These changes impact the entire data formulation process within the facility and increase the importance of accurate, defensible clinical documentation.
