We partnered with fashion-forward, Netherlands-based creators across Instagram and TikTok to drive awareness and in-store traffic for American Eagle Outfitters Inc. and Aerie by AEO, Inc. first-ever trade-in events in the Netherlands. Through creator-led storytelling, we introduced the trade-in concept in a way that felt natural, relatable, and easy to understand while reinforcing AE jeans and Aerie leggings as go-to staples for comfort, style, and sustainability. Creators brought the experience to life by showcasing how the trade-in works, highlighting store locations, styling different looks, and sharing seamless, first-hand recaps. The results: • 7.8M+ views • 95.8% positive/neutral sentiment A strong example of how creator authenticity, flexible storytelling, and culturally relevant content can drive both awareness and action.

The biggest shift in media right now isn’t just what people are watching, it’s who’s creating it. As Christopher Franco, SVP of Data & Activation at Pearpop, puts it: “With creator content now representing 80%+ of content on YouTube, the distinction between “studio-produced” content and “creator-produced” is further blurred. Advertisers should continue their audience-based buying on the big platforms and explore new ways to reach creator audiences, whether that’s through buying creator data or buying creator audiences via platforms/creator agencies.” The takeaway: Brands that treat creators as media channels, not just partners, will win.
