    So, recently, I decided that it was one of my personal goals to become one of the foremost experts in Genesys... As such, for the past few months, I've been spending AT LEAST an hour a day with a private Genesys tutor, awkwardly stumbling through the vocabulary and platform philosophy, learning how to build and architect outbound calling, and how to integrate and customize the system to fully take advantage of outboundIQ... Whereas I still have a long way to go to achieve said goal of being the "best", lol, I am certainly well down the path, and riding on my own, and I wanted to take a moment and give a giant Friday shout out to my teacher, partner, and friend, Connect, based out the UK, for their willingness to share their incredible wealth of knowledge with me, and their patience to tolerate my learning process...their company, leadership, and team, are incredible to work with, and if anyone in my network is ever looking for help with the Genesys platform, or an implementation, conversion, or build, I simply can not recommend them highly enough... Thank you, team Connect, so much, for being such great partners to outboundIQ...and to me... ❤️ 🙏

    ran into olympic gold medalist and 2 division UFC world champion Henry Cejudo at Real American Freestyle 05 and he kindly took the time to stop and talk with Alex Vaynman and i. on the way there, alex mentioned we should bring an outboundIQ hoodie since he knew henry would be around. we scrambled last minute and an XXL was all we could track down, but we had to come with something. we ended up talking about what we’re building at outboundIQ and how we think about performance, pressure, and execution at the top level. there are a lot of parallels between high-level competition and building infrastructure that actually has to work when it matters. what stood out most, aside from the obvious accolades, was how henry carries himself. calm, respectful, intentional. one of the most stand-up men in the sport and someone i’ve looked up to for a long time. Now available: Remediation Center, included at 𝗻𝗼 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁. 🫰 All customers subscribed to our Registration and Remediation service now have access to the deepest level of visibility we have ever offered. Remediation Center gives customers clear insight into the analytics driving ANI behavior, utilization, and remediation activity. Customers can now track 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 under management through a new Inventory Console and Request Portals, with visibility into branding details, performance, utilization, and remediation timelines.
