From the snowy trails to the sun-drenched terrace of the mountain hut, it was a day of shared adventures and first-time triumphs. A few highlights from our day in the snow: One group took to the winter hiking trails, soaking in the panoramic views and the quiet of the mountains. 🥾 Beyond that, we saw true courage as several team members strapped on skis for the very first time and embraced the challenge with a few falls and a lot of laughter. ⛷️ We regrouped for a traditional mountain lunch at the ski hut, refueling with local specialties and great conversation. 🧀 Finally, the afternoon brought out everyone's competitive spirit as we took over the sledding run for a fast-paced finale. 🛷 This trip reminded us that growth often happens outside the comfort zone - whether it’s mastering a new technology or a steep descent.
