Custom views now have permissions. Pick who can see a view — specific users, specific teams, or everyone in the org — and pick who can edit or delete it. Tweaking filters on a saved view keeps the view selected with an “(Unsaved changes)” indicator, so you never lose your place.

Who’s Monitoring Your AI? One of the use cases I often advocate for with our customers is running QA (Quality Assurance) on their AI agents in Open (YC W24) using Agentic Workflows. Most companies we onboard have dedicated teams to monitor, train, iterate, and deploy AI agents on Open. But when it comes to monitoring performance, the question always comes up: How do you make sure your AI agent is consistently on point? Who’s actually doing the QA work? Usually, that responsibility falls to humans. The problem is, no human team can realistically review thousands of conversations every day. That’s where AI comes in. You can actually use AI to QA your AI, and it works surprisingly well lol. In this screenshot, we created an agentic workflow that triggers every time a conversation is solved by the AI support agent. It then runs another independent AI agent to check whether the ticket was solved correctly and extract relevant data. Finally, it sends that data in real time to a data warehouse using HTTP, and it can do this for an unlimited number of times at the fraction of the cost!
