AI, fully modular infrastructure that helps card issuers launch embedded travel, loyalty, and rewards programs.

About us

Odynn is an AI, fully modular infrastructure platform that helps fintechs, banks, card issuers, and travel companies launch embedded travel, loyalty, and rewards programs. Its white-label solution, APIs, and agentic AI drive cardholder engagement while unlocking new revenue streams. Think AI Shopify for loyalty and travel. Current travel loyalty programs offer limited customizations, low engagement, high development cost, and lack of embedded financial features. Odynn makes your cardholders stickier and generates significant revenue in a way that makes them happy! Odynn increases retention and reduces churn, increases card spend, reduces CAC, provides diversified revenue, and ultimately increases customer lifetime value. Our B2B partners can: License our loyalty pricing and/or Traveler DNA APIs for standard SaaS fees Embed our holistic travel portal as a white label, where we pay our partners upwards of 75% of the net travel booking commissions Embed our Agentic AI Travel Concierge into their existing chatbots via API or white label or stand up a new one, where we pay our partners upwards of 75% of the net travel booking commissions Subscribe to our loyalty pricing data priced per volume

We recently partnered with Forbes Advisor to analyze more than 114,000 award flight searches across the top U.S. to Europe routes for summer travel. A few patterns stood out immediately. First, there is still meaningful pricing dispersion in economy. Select routes are consistently coming in well below typical redemption expectations, even during peak summer months. Second, premium economy is emerging as a far more efficient use of points than many assume. The gap between economy and premium economy remains relatively contained, while business class redemptions often require a disproportionate increase in points with significantly tighter availability. More broadly, the data points to a shift in how redemption value is being realized. It is becoming less about maximizing for a single aspirational redemption and more about identifying options that are consistently available, price-stable, and repeatable across a broader user base. That distinction has real implications for how loyalty programs drive engagement over time. If you are thinking about summer travel or how redemption behavior is evolving, these are worth a read. I'll be speaking for Odynn at the third Fintech Summit by Fiat Growth and Fintech Is Femme on April 28th — and this year, we're going bigger. 200 of fintech's top founders, operators, and investors are coming together at Penn 2, right by Madison Square Garden, as the opening anchor of Fintech Week NYC. This isn't a traditional conference — it's a builder-led summit. Deep technical conversations, real operator playbooks, and curated 1:1 connections powered by proprietary matching software designed to put you in the right room with the right people. AI. Stablecoins. Embedded finance. Payments infrastructure. The conversations shaping what fintech actually looks like next. A few spots are still available. If you want to be in the room where the next era of fintech is being built, get your ticket here: thefintechsummit.com See you on April 28th.

I had so much fun writing this article! Big thank you to John Taylor Garner and the Odynn team for doing all the heavy lifting with the award flight research. If you want to travel to Europe this summer for the fewest number of points or miles as possible, make sure to check out these award deals before they disappear! https://lnkd.in/eYDxkkEy

There's a real tension that purpose-driven fintechs face in bank conversations... Lead with your mission and risk being put in the nonprofit box. OR Lead with the business case and feel like you're editing yourself to fit the room. But the founders who strike the right balance are securing partners who understand that serving underserved customers isn't philanthropy — it's a real market opportunity. So how do you walk into a bank conversation as a purpose-driven fintech and get taken seriously, without leaving your mission at the door? That's just one of the questions we're digging into on Wednesday at Stripe's Fintech for Good Community's virtual panel! More than 50 people have already signed up; join us and hear from four dynamos who've had a front seat building these critical relationships. I'm so excited for Kristen Castell, Pam Kaur, John Taylor Garner, and Shreenath R. to share their insights with you! Register here: https://luma.com/fpemxt9n

I’ll be joining Stripe’s Fintech for Good Community next week for a panel on how fintechs build successful bank relationships. Looking forward to sharing what we’ve seen firsthand working with banks, fintechs, and card issuers, including what actually moves partnerships forward, how to approach early conversations, and what teams are evaluating before taking the next step. April 22 at 1pm ET on Zoom. Registration link in the comments. Excited to join Pam Kaur from Alloy Labs, Kristen Castell from Fintech Center for Accelerating Financial Equity (CAFE), and Shreenath R. from Starlight. #Fintech #Banking #Stripe

John Taylor Garner is a beast!

John Taylor Garner spent two years selling a solution to a problem nobody knew existed yet. No external validation. No market signal. Just conviction. He watched airlines and hotels quietly destroy their loyalty programs during COVID. Flooded the market with points. Then let the peg float. Cardholders didn't notice at first. Then Delta had a very public standoff with Amex in October 2023. Churn hit all-time highs. And John had already built the fix. That's Odynn. A Shopify for travel portals. Helping banks give cardholders real-time clarity on what their points are actually worth. $9.5M seed. Bonfire Ventures and Fiat Ventures co-leading. 28 people. 19 engineers. Being early isn't the same as being wrong. Be sure to check out the full profile. Link in comments. ------ #FounderUncovered is an Uncovered Media publication powered by our friends at Perkins Coie

Most people thought the Delta backlash was about lounge access. It was really a signal of something much bigger. During COVID, airlines leaned heavily on loyalty programs to stay afloat and that permanently reshaped the economics of points and miles. What we’re seeing now isn’t a one-off reaction. It’s the result of a deeper shift in how loyalty programs are structured, monetized, and valued. I broke down what’s actually happening and what it means for the future of loyalty on Founder Uncovered. Link in the comments. Appreciate Uncovered Media for the feature. #Fintech #LoyaltyPrograms #TravelTech
