We’re honoured to be featured in Sun Life’s 2025 Sustainability Report. Over the past three years, Odeiwin has worked alongside Sun Life to deepen understanding of Indigenous experiences in the workplace and to help shape more inclusive, culturally grounded approaches to leadership. This partnership reflects what’s possible when organizations move beyond intention and commit to listening, learning, and building relationships. As our Executive Director, Jay Shea, shares in the report, Odeiwin Lead is about more than leadership development. It is about creating pathways for Indigenous professionals to step into their gifts as leaders in their organizations, communities, and lives. Applications for Odeiwin Lead 2026 are opening soon. #IndigenousLeadership #ReconciliationInAction #LeadershipDevelopment #Odeiwin #CommunityImpact #SunLife
