  • 📈New report: Industrial manufacturers will almost triple the automation of key processes in the next four years! A recent @PwC report on the ‘Industrial manufacturing’s race to 2030’ highlights a seismic shift: tech automation is set to surge across the value chain, growing 2.8x by 2030. Manufacturing outperformance will soon shift from having advanced tools to orchestrating them with the help of Physical AI, automation, analytics, and engineering on shared data and connected workflows. This is a fundamental restructuring of global production and fulfillment. Traditional automation was built for the predictable. But by 2030, manufacturers surveyed by PwC expect 44% of revenue will come from outside traditional industrial and consumer products. Execution will be the differentiator, powered by clean, connected data and interoperable systems. As volume increases and labor markets tighten, those who master complexity will secure the competitive advantage. Today’s industrial reality includes infinite SKU variety and the mandate for 24/7 uptime. It demands a more sophisticated solution: Physical AI. At Nomagic, we don’t deal in 'experimental' tech. We deliver Physical AI with industrial-grade reliability. By combining advanced computer vision with intelligent robotics, we enable warehouses to achieve autonomous piece-picking at scale. The leaders of 2030 will be those integrating intelligent robotics into their core operations today. Read more at the link in the comments.👇 #Nomagic #PhysicalAI #Manufacturing #SupplyChain #Automation

  • While breakthroughs in Physical AI dominate the conversation, the decisive factor for success remains largely ignored: 99.9% reliability. At the World Technology Congress at Lake Como Borja González from Nomagic shared his perspective on what our industry needed to hear: In robotics, 90% isn’t “almost there.” It's a failure. The real progress in Physical AI isn’t happening in general-purpose robots or viral videos. It’s happening in the quiet, disciplined work of teams pushing reliability curves upward in narrow domains until the robot simply works, every time without human supervision. You can find a summary of Borja's talk in our latest blog entry. https://lnkd.in/dBpZg5YH #nomagic #PhysicalAI #WarehouseLogistics

#tci #mfk #intralogistics #fashionlogistics #automation #autostore #nomagic #robotics
