It’s co-created, in real time, with the people who live it. 🧠✨ It all started in 2022 when Bill landed in Madeira, stayed at Cecilia’s guesthouse, and realised something was missing. The views were perfect 🌅, the vibes were great — the community just wasn’t there yet. So he started one. Then the rest of the team joined. And the community shaped everything that came next. Today, Nomadico is a global project fuelled by locals and nomads working side by side 🌱🤍 A few things we’re proud of: 🤝 We co-create our colivings with local partners — often alongside Nomadico guests themselves, like AJ and Nadun in Sri Lanka. 🧩 Every destination evolves through guest input: activities, rhythms, rituals, even how the space is used. 🧙♀️ Our Wizards volunteer their skills to help us grow, and we reward them with stay credits. Pauline’s been welcoming travelers for nearly 20 years, and together we’ve reimagined her home for the nomad life. Bright kitchen. Lush garden.
