Do you know how much your volunteers are really worth? Today, the Independent Sector and the Do Good Institute at University of Maryland announced that the latest value of a volunteer hour is $36.14. This is a 3.9% increase from the previous year. Here in Florida, that amount is slightly lower at $34.88. Understanding this number helps you budget smarter, communicate impact more powerfully, and build the internal case for investing in your volunteer program.
