  •   Many organisations invest in platforms and content, yet struggle to ensure knowledge is used and shared across teams — and as a result, their L&D strategy fails to deliver the expected outcomes. Why? Because scaling corporate learning depends on how effectively learning is activated within the organisation. At Learning Technologies Exhibition & Conference, we will address this challenge in the session '"From Expertise to Community: How the Institute of Leadership Scaled Learning Across a Global Network”. 📅 29 April |⏰14:00 - 14:30 |📍Seminar Theatre 8 | 🎤 Rebecca Martin y Sarah Cooksedge In this case study, we will explore: 🔹How to move from a content library to an active learning community. 🔹Why peer learning multiplies impact. 🔹What enables knowledge to be shared and continuously developed within organisations. We will also examine practical insights to help attendees identify how to activate internal knowledge within their own organisations, and understand the role of experienced professionals — and the value of recognising their expertise. The most valuable knowledge already exists within your organisation. The key to improving performance lies in how it is mobilised. 🫵 If you want to see how to apply this approach, don’t miss the Institute of Leadership case study. We look forward to seeing you there. #WeLoveLearning #LT26UK #WorkplaceLearning #Skills #FutureLnD

👏 Many thanks to The Institute of Leadership for the invitation to their LinkedIn Live, where we had the opportunity to explore, together with Rebecca Martin and Sarah Cooksedge, the shift currently taking place across many organisations. The challenge in corporate learning is no longer about producing more content, but about mobilising the knowledge that already exists within the organisation to improve operational capability. These were the key takeaways from the discussion between Rebecca and Sarah: 🔹A model based solely on courses and content libraries is no longer sufficient. 🔹Learning happens through interaction, shared experience and direct application in the workplace. 🔹Content overproduction creates friction rather than impact. 🔹Relevance, context and access at the moment of need are now critical factors. 🔹Internal knowledge is the organisation’s most valuable asset - and remains underutilised. When organisations activate that internal knowledge, learning begins to scale organically: ✅ Learning is no longer a standalone activity. ✅ Continuous development is enabled. ✅ Collaboration and capability building across teams are strengthened. If you missed the conversation between Rebecca and Sarah, you can watch it again here. And if you would like to continue exploring this shift in learning models, join their session at Learning Technologies 2026. 👇 📅 29 April | ⏰ 14:00–14:30 | 📍 Seminar Theatre 8 The Netex Learning team looks forward to seeing you in London. #WeLoveLearning #LT26UK #LearningAndDevelopment #WorkplaceLearning #FutureLnD https://lnkd.in/e593ex8d

🚀 Stop delivering content for all. Start building content for the community 🚀 Does it feel like your content is strong, but engagement is always hit or miss? You aren’t alone. The reality is that learning continues to evolve, and creating content for everyone is no longer enough. Join us for a LinkedIn Live with our partners and eLearning experts, Netex Learning. Sarah Cooksedge and Rebecca Martin will reveal exactly how the shift from broadcasting to facilitating can transform your learning offer into a thriving, engaged ecosystem. 🥇Netex Learning is one of only three companies worldwide to achieve The LPI (Learning and Performance Institute)’s Gold accreditation this year. A milestone reached in 2026, but one that began taking shape much earlier. ➡️ https://netex.link/3QrQubK Over 15 years ago, in a context of significant uncertainty, Netex made the strategic decision to enter the UK market - one of the most demanding and competitive in the world. 📈 We entered the UK with the aim of learning from the leading partners shaping the L&D landscape. But also with the ambition to compete alongside them over time and secure our own position within such a complex sector. Our relationship with the LPI is not recent. It has been part of our strategy from the outset. 📹 In this video, Ricardo Alvarez, Director of Corporate Expansion at Netex, explains how this commitment to the UK market has shaped the company’s evolution. ✅ From training provider to capability partner. ✅ From operating in local environments to competing in global markets. ✅ From measuring activity to demonstrating real business impact. Gold accreditation is far more than a recognition. It is the result of 15 years of continuous evolution in a market where progress depends on execution. 👏 That is why we are particularly proud to have achieved the highest level awarded by the Learning and Performance Institute. #WeLoveLearning #LT26UK #CorporateLearning #LPI #WorkplaceLearning

#WeLoveLearning #CongresoFH #FutureOfWork

  • 🌍 According to the Fosway 9-Grid™ Learning Systems 2026, learning no longer happens outside the workplace. It happens within it. Yet many organisations still rely on models that do not reflect this reality. The result? Their teams struggle to apply what they have learned effectively. Organisations now face the challenge of connecting learning with the flow of work. At Learning Technologies Exhibition & Conference 2026, we’ll show how to achieve this with Netex Cloud. ➡️ https://netex.link/41kEsU1 📅 29–30 April |📍Stand L20 – ExCeL London Our integrated learning ecosystem combines technology, content and consulting. A hybrid model that helps organisations to: 🔹Activate the knowledge already within their teams. 🔹Embed learning into the flow of work. 🔹Improve the outcomes of their L&D strategy. We are one of the few providers featured simultaneously in two of Fosway Group’s leading European rankings for corporate learning technology: ✅Learning Systems → Strong Performer ✅Digital Learning Platforms → Core Challenger Our hybrid model connects technology, content and strategy to bridge the gap between learning and business performance within organisations. ➡️ https://netex.link/3N9Hg2B 👥 Want to ensure knowledge reaches every team? • 🧠 Learning no longer depends solely on training. It depends on how knowledge flows across your organisation. Short-form content, algorithms and artificial intelligence have transformed how we learn and apply knowledge in the workplace. 📲 What began as the ‘TikTok effect’ has evolved from a passing trend into a structural shift in how people learn. 🗣️At Learning Technologies Exhibition & Conference, we will explore this in our session ‘From TikTok to the Workplace: The evolution of the learning experience in 2026’. 📅 30 April|⏰12:30h - 13:00h |📍Seminar Theatre 8 | 🎤 Peter Charlesworth (Netex Learning) During the session, we will examine what these changes mean for organisations and how they are adapting their L&D strategies: 🔹Why learning is becoming increasingly social and continuous. 🔹What teams need to learn in demanding environments. 🔹How to maintain engagement when time is limited. The most valuable knowledge already exists within your organisation. If you want to understand how to activate it, don’t miss this session. You can also visit stand L20, where our e-learning specialists will walk you through a tailored demo of Share, the collaborative knowledge engine within Netex Cloud. ➡️ https://netex.link/41kEsU1 With Netex Share, organisations can: 🔹Activate the knowledge already within their teams. 🔹Turn experts into content creators. 🔹Enable the creation and distribution of knowledge. 🔹Build more dynamic and collaborative learning environments. At stand L20, we’ll show how this model works in practice and how to integrate it into your learning strategy. We look forward to seeing you there. #WeLoveLearning #LT26UK #WorkplaceLearning #Skills #FutureLnD
