Yesterday we had the pleasure of hosting another Shadow Day at Nectaro 🚀 This time, our shadow got a behind-the-scenes look at what it’s like to be a Marketing Specialist in an investment platform. From how campaigns are planned and executed, to collaborating with content creators, to navigating the nuances of fintech marketing and financial literacy overall — it was a full dive into the real day-to-day. But it wasn’t just about observing. We also had some great conversations, exchanging ideas on what marketing in fintech can (and should) look like, and where we can take it next. For us, Shadow Days are more than just a glimpse into our work — they’re part of our commitment to sharing knowledge, opening doors, and helping the next generation feel more confident about both their careers and their financial future.
