I would love your help in officially welcoming Moz to the Community. As our newest Partner, it brings me great joy have the support of the OGs of SEO. Chima Mmeje and Jo Cameron are two of my favorite humans, and we are so lucky to have them helping to further the industry and stay true to the Moz values that got them started in the first place. Moz is intertwined with the heart and history of our industry. My goal is to honor that story through our partnership. Mark your calendars — MozCon is July 14 in NYC. https://lnkd.in/gZ-TDk8z Thank you, Moz! Welcome! Huge thanks go out to @Jonathan Berthold for pushing for this and gratitude to @Willow Mack too.

Do you know about the dark side of AI? Marketers are currently racing to automate content production, feeding AI-generated output directly into strategy engines and publishing it at scale. But there is a hidden, dangerous irony in this loop: as we flood the internet with AI-generated content, the very models we rely on are crawling, ingesting, and training on their own byproducts. By creating a closed-loop system in which AI learns from its own low-quality feedback, we risk catastrophic degradation of intelligence and logic, much like the biological crisis of mad cow disease. Are we unintentionally poisoning the well of human knowledge, or is this just the necessary friction of an evolving ecosystem? Read the full article to see why your current content strategy might be sabotaging the future of your AI tools. https://mz.cm/4clqcAC Author: Jamie Indigo #SEO #GEO #AI

We tested 300 prompts to see how brand mentions impact search results. Here is what we found. 📈 In his latest experiment, Dr. Pete Meyers discovered that brand presence in search results is more like a volume knob than an on/off switch. The data shows that: - Seeding a brand in a prompt drives an average of 14.5 mentions in the response. - True non-brand prompts still return brand mentions 53% of the time. As search moves further into natural language, the distinction between branded and non-branded keywords is no longer a simple binary. Understanding how topics naturally drive brand visibility is the first step to accurately tracking your presence. Get the full breakdown and see the data on the Moz Blog: https://mz.cm/3QJpZ1z

“Are we coming up in AI search? What's our plan to increase visibility? What are people asking AI agents about our industry?" 🤖 If you’re an SEO or marketer, you’ve likely heard these questions from a boss, client, or stakeholder over the last few months. It feels like AI search is everywhere, and it's not going away anytime soon. So how can we adjust our workflows to ensure we're investing time and energy in the right content? I’m excited to share a new 5-step workflow to help you spot opportunities and move from research to creation faster, using Moz Pro’s latest features: ✅ Prompt Suggestions: Discover the conversational terms your audience is using in AI search. ✅ AI Visibility: See when and how you're referenced in AI-generated responses as compared to your competitors. ✅ AI Content Briefs: Generate data-driven briefs that help you create content that meets intent. Be sure to check out the full workflow and process on the Moz Blog. 👏
