The role centres on: − Living Quarters (LQ) & Technical Building outfitting estimation − BOQ preparation & EPC tendering (new build & refurbishment) − Architectural, MEP, accommodation piping & plumbing systems − HVAC estimation (a strong advantage) You'll bring: − Proven experience in Marine or Offshore outfitting projects − A degree in Engineering (Naval Architecture or Mechanical preferred) − Strong commercial awareness within EPC environments − Confidence reading technical drawings, specs & tender documentation − Strong awareness of supply chain networks with the ability to review and evaluate supplier quotations. Proud to share the successful delivery of our EPC Turnkey Project for the Technical Building on aramco's Jafurah Development Program, working with NMDC Energy (formerly NPCC). The scope included end-to-end Design, Detailed Engineering, 3D Modelling, Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of Architectural, Electrical, HVAC, Fire & Gas (F&G), Instrumentation, and Telecom Systems for the Switchgear, Telecom, and Battery Rooms. LTI Free Safe Manhours: 209,000 Hrs. We closed out 1,165 ITRs during commissioning. Every single one was inspected, tested, and signed off. Our HSE team delivered 3,827 hours of safety training, 263 audits and inspections, 104 management walkthroughs, with 35 HSE awards handed out to the teams who earned them. All of the work was carried out at NMDC's Mussafah Yard in Abu Dhabi before the modules sailed out for offshore hook-up. Projects like this aren't easy. Six disciplines running in parallel on a live fabrication yard with Aramco-level quality expectations - that takes real coordination and people who genuinely care about getting it right.
