88% of organizations use AI. Only 6% see it in their revenue. The difference isn't the model. It's what happens after launch. AI drifts. Data degrades. Hallucinations kill retention quietly. And most teams only notice when it's already expensive to fix. Apps with structured post-launch operations see up to 30% lower churn and 25% higher LTV. The build gets you in the game. Maintenance is how you stay there.

Many companies say they’re building embedded finance. In reality, they’re often offering value-added services. So what’s the difference? 🔎 Value-added services (VAS) extend your existing product. Think Spotify suggesting concert tickets or a banking app sending spending alerts. Helpful features, but not core to the product. 🔎 Embedded finance integrates financial services directly into the experience. For example, Uber drivers can cash out their earnings instantly inside the app. A quick test: Can users complete financial transactions without leaving your platform? If the answer is no, you’re likely in VAS territory. Why does this distinction matter? Embedded finance can unlock new revenue streams through payments, lending, or insurance but it requires stronger infrastructure and regulatory readiness. VAS are easier to launch and can still create real value by improving engagement, retention, and cross-selling. Our hot take: Most companies should start with VAS to test demand and then graduate to embedded finance once they understand customer financial behavior. The winners will be those who see financial services not as features to add but as experiences to redesign their entire customer journey around. 👉 Discover more insights here: https://lnkd.in/dJz_mYfE

Travel apps are increasingly designed around one simple idea: let users handle more of the journey themselves. 🌴 Trip configuration, booking, managing reservations, adjusting details along the way - these moments shape how confident travellers feel about their plans. Together with TUI, we’ve been developing a mobile experience where self-service plays a central role in how users browse offers, plan holidays and manage their trips. As Martyna C., Project Manager working on the TUI project at Miquido, explains in our report, giving travellers more control over these steps often leads to a better overall experience. We discuss this shift in our report “Mission: Self-Possible”, researched and crafted by Dominika Bedkowska, Market Researcher at Miquido. Download the full report: https://lnkd.in/dW-PYjVS

In 2026, speed is a product feature. Migrating to Flutter isn't just about saving on headcount; it’s about reinvesting the "native tax" into innovation and AI-driven features that keep you ahead of the competition. Are you still maintaining two separate stacks, or have you started the move to a unified codebase? Let's talk about the hurdles you're facing in the comments. 👇

60% of healthcare organizations still rely on fragmented, legacy systems, yet a single point of improvement in system usability can drop clinician burnout by 3%. Healthcare 4.0 solves this issue, shifting from reactive treatment to proactive, patient-centered care. For years, companies building mobile products relied on the "walled garden" of app stores to keep us safe. But with a 38% surge in Android-specific threats and "vapor apps" that transform into malware after installation, the perimeter is officially dead. In 2026, your app cannot rely on the user's phone being "clean." It has to be a self-defending product. We’ve identified 3 pillars for this transition: 1. Active self-defense (RASP): Your app must monitor its own heartbeat and shut down if it detects a "hooking" framework. 2. Code hardening: If a competitor looks under the hood, they should see a "black box," not your proprietary logic. 3. Zero-trust storage: Treat local memory as hostile territory. If the phone is lost, the data must remain an unreadable cipher. 📖 Read our full deep dive on 2026 mobile resilience: https://bit.ly/4bWitZz

Retail gamification works best when it supports habits. Mechanics like visible progress, a small “head start,” or daily streaks tap into simple behavioral patterns that encourage users to come back. When these elements are thoughtfully designed, every interaction feels like a step forward. We break down three gamification mechanics that help build lasting engagement in retail apps. 👀 Learn more on our blog: https://lnkd.in/d96aFyge
