Every brand deserves its own experience. Managing multiple brands shouldn’t mean managing multiple privacy systems. But for most teams, that’s exactly the reality. You’re forced to choose: 1️⃣ Deliver a native, branded experience for every user 2️⃣ Keep operations centralized and scalable Most tools just can’t do both. We’re changing that with our new Multi-Brand DSR Management. Now, each brand can deliver a tailored, brand-native privacy experience, from domains to tone of voice, while everything is managed in one place behind the scenes. Here’s what that looks like in practice: ✔️ Tailored experiences for every brand ✔️ Centralized, scalable operations ✔️ Brand integrity and operational efficiency, together Full breakdown here: https://lnkd.in/djs4YT2Y

We’ve hit the "Policy Peak" in AI Governance. Now what? ⛰️ Most companies have the paperwork. They have the written policies, the steering committees, and the intake forms. But there is a massive difference between having an AI Policy and actually operating one. One is a document; the other is a process. When your devs are pushing code daily, the manual "checkbox" approach hits a wall. Here is how we move from a manual framework to a System of Action: ⚖️ From Surveys to Evidence Stop asking your teams to self-report their AI usage. By the time they fill out the form, they’ve already integrated three new agents. You need to connect directly to your Trusted Sources (SaaS, Cloud, SSO) to see the real footprint in real-time. 🔄 Stop Assessing the "Whole" At the speed of a two-week sprint, a full reassessment for every minor update is a productivity killer. We need to shift to Delta-Based Reviews. If a vendor swaps a model or changes a data source, you should only have to evaluate what changed, not start from scratch. 🤖 Who is actually reading the Model Cards? Vendors update their AI system cards constantly. If your governance plan relies on a human manually reading every update, you have a bottleneck, not a program. This is where Autonomous Agents come in, detecting shifts and flagging risks before they hit production. 📊 Measuring "Flow," not just "Risk" Real governance is measured by how fast you can say "Yes" safely. How quickly are we pre-filling assessments? How accurate is our Shadow AI detection? Are we syncing risk scores back into the systems where the work actually happens? The Bottom Line: We don’t need more "Systems of Record" to file away PDFs. We need Systems of Action that execute governance at the speed of the business. #AIGovernance #SystemOfAction #ResponsibleAI #AutonomousPrivacy

Trust isn’t a message. It’s something you have to operate. That’s exactly what Ron De Jesus is focused on as our Chief Trust Officer and Head of Privacy Strategy. Three weeks in, and already helping shape how trust gets built into real workflows, real decisions, and real systems. In this video, Ron shares how he thinks about trust, the role of a CTrO, and what’s coming next. Take a look 👇 #AutonomousPrivacy #CTrO #trust

I'm about three weeks in as Chief Trust Officer and Head of Privacy Strategy at Mine. To say I've hit the ground running would definitely be an understatement! And I've been getting a ton of questions - like what does a CTrO actually do? I made a short video to talk about what "trust" means to me and how I've imagined the role, what drives the content I create, and even a few questions about me personally (yes, including who I'd love to interview next!). If you're curious how we define #trust at Mine and how our platform helps you actually build it, I'd love to connect. #MineCTrO

A week after the incredible IAPP Global Summit, one thing is clear: Privacy is moving upstream. Into how products are designed. Into how decisions are made. Into the way organizations operate, from the start. Across every session and conversation, there was real momentum toward something more proactive, more embedded, and more intentional. Toward privacy that doesn’t wait to be implemented, but happens as part of the natural flow of work. Where privacy is executed continuously, so teams can focus less on chasing tasks, and more on guiding decisions, shaping policy, and driving real impact. That’s Autonomous Privacy. Grateful for the conversations, the energy, and everyone who stopped by the Kingdom to be part of it. 🏰 #IAPPGS26 #AutonomousPrivacy #PrivacyOps

Welcome to the Kingdom of Autonomous Privacy 🏰 Privacy didn’t start out this complex. And it doesn’t have to stay that way. Over time, layers of regulation, systems, and growing data turned it into something that’s hard to keep up with. But the real challenge isn’t knowing what to do. It’s execution, consistently, and at scale. That’s what’s changing now. At Mine, we’re introducing a new way to run privacy. One where work doesn’t rely on manual effort, and where AI operates within your environment to actually move things forward. Work gets done before it turns into a task. Assessments, requests, and data flows are handled continuously, in context. Execution doesn’t depend on chasing, collecting, or stitching things together manually. This isn’t just another automation tool, it’s a system that actually runs. A model where AI agents act as extensions of your team, handling the operational work. So privacy teams can focus on guiding the business, not chasing execution. The era of manual privacy is over. This next era is autonomous. 👉 Step inside #autonomousprivacy (link in first comment)

Welcome to Mine, Ron De Jesus. Privacy has changed. AI has accelerated it. And trust is no longer something you talk about, it’s something you have to deliver. That’s exactly why Ron is joining Mine as Chief Trust Officer and Head of Privacy Strategy. He brings an expert practitioner’s perspective on what it actually takes to build, run, and scale privacy in the real world: across regulation, operations, and AI governance. His focus: helping turn trust into something organizations can actually operationalize, not just aim for. That’s exactly the future we’re building toward at Mine. Welcome to the team!
