Software Development

The first platform where your conversations build your agents.

About us

Timeless is an agentic meeting platform. It listens to your conversations, understands what matters, and spins up the Agent you need at that exact moment. Each Agent lives inside a Room. A Room can be a client, a project, a topic, or any recurring thread of work. Once a Room exists, it organizes itself. It collects meetings, Slack threads, decisions, and next steps automatically. ✓ All talk, now action.

  • What a year!

This is the part where every company says: “Here’s our year in review.” “Here’s a summary of all the buttons you pressed.” “All the milestones you forgot.” “All the graphs we made for ourselves.” We almost did that too. But this year, we realized something. The core of Timeless is summaries. You get one after every meeting. Every sync. Every “quick chat.” But a summary isn’t what we really need. We don’t need a record. We need a response. We need: → the follow-up email that actually got sent → the proposal that didn’t die in Drafts → the doc that wrote itself after the call → the promise that didn’t get buried under “good points” This year, Timeless went from summarizing conversations to acting on them. Because information is nice. But action moves the needle. So no, we’re not wrapping up the year. We’re shipping the next one.

  • We love you too ❣️

Didn’t plan to write about Timeless (prev. timeOS) — but here we are. I’ve been using it recently to build a simple agent that joins meetings, records them, and turns conversations into summaries I actually go back to. Nothing flashy. Just… useful. What surprised me is how quiet it is when it works. No friction, no babysitting, no “AI theater”. It just sits there, does its job, and saves me from losing details I’d normally forget. Feels like someone thought through the small things — and those are usually the hardest ones to get right. Curious where this platform goes next. Following closely. Timeless (prev. timeOS)

We recorded and summarized over 1.1 million conversations 🤯 And you know what we found? Boy, there are a lot of moments. Little ones. Like “Yeah, I’ll send that.” Or “Let’s pick this back up tomorrow.” Or “This is actually a good idea.” The kind that disappear by lunch. Turns out, 77% of spoken commitments in meetings go nowhere. Not because people lie. Because no one remembers. That’s what we built Timeless for. Not to take notes. To take responsibility. To hear what matters, when it happens, and trigger what comes next. This is a special moment for me and my co-founder, the legendary Eilon Mor who is the best builder I know and the best partner I could have asked for. Special thanks to the timeless team who put their heart, tears, and soul into this product Daniel Schneider, Ethan Pransky, Yana Hudis, Tali von Huth, Coral Hartman, Oleksandr Khlud, Nazar Kaliuzghniy. Thank you to our investors for believing in this vision - and most importantly, to our customers, who are so obsessed they spent the entire day launching with us. We built Timeless for your moments. Thanks for trusting us with them ❣️

I remember going to the tailor the day before my wedding. Yes, last minute. Yes, slightly panicked. But I picked up the suit, brought it home, opened the box...and it just fit. No extra pinning. No guessing. No adjustments. It was made for me. Out of the box. That feeling stuck with me. When we first started building software, that’s what it felt like too. You opened it. You used it. It may have been generic, but at least it worked. Then things changed. We started managing tools. Then integrating them. Then customizing them. Then rebuilding them. And with AI? The promise was personal software. But what we got was IKEA for workflows. Instead of wasting time managing tools, now we waste time building them. What if software could listen so closely it could build itself around your real moments: your voice, your decisions, your “let’s do it” before you forget you even said it? That’s what we’re launching today with Timeless. The first platform where your conversations build your agents. Out of the box isn’t just packaging. It’s how it works. You talk. It moves. And it fits like a suit.

When I first saw what timeOS can actually do and realized you no longer need to build anything. I had two thoughts. Great for product. Terrible for marketing. People love building. Especially workflow trees. Nothing gets engagement like a rectangle connected to another rectangle. So I did what had to be done. I made a fake workflow tree generator. It generates one dumb workflow tree for any task you don't need to automate. You post it. We plant a real tree to apologize. thank you Eilon Mor Tommy Barav Coral Hartman Ethan Pransky Tali von Huth and Tom Orbach for taking time out of your day to QA something so important. and Daniel Schneider for helping turn the v1 ugly design into something we can actually look at. What are we building? Apparently... everything. The question is everywhere: every new app, every feature, every meeting. Yana wanted to call it out. To answer: “nothing.” To show how wild this habit really is—trying to build all the things at once. I was on board. Until she said there are thirty videos in this series. At that point... it was too late to stop it. So today’s agent you don’t have to build: “What the FAQ?” agent It gathers every repeated customer question across your company and gives you the list before anyone surprises you in a meeting. Because just like the “What are we building?” question we’re faced with daily, our customers’ questions can be just as challenging without the right context. Agent in the comments.

What are we building today? Episode 3/you-don't-even-want-to-know AI turned us all into builders... of everything. So we solved it the only way that makes sense: We stopped building. Your conversations do it now. Much more qualified than we are. Meetings, meet the: “What the FAQ” agent, already built for you: It listens to every customer call, collects the questions people keep repeating, and gives you the cheat sheet. So when someone asks something tough, you can nod like you already knew. Because nothing ruins a meeting like having to think in real time. Agent hiding in the comments, don't ask.
