It’s been inspiring to see Lightfeed take part in ALL IN 2025. Our CEO Andrew Zhong joined conversations on how AI and data infrastructure are evolving — and how we can help businesses stay ahead.
Last week, I had the incredible opportunity to join Team British Columbia’s AI delegation at ALL IN 2025 and visit Mila - Quebec Artificial Intelligence Institute — an inspiring week seeing how Canada is shaping the future of AI. At Lightfeed, I had the opportunity to showcase our retail intelligence kit — and the response was energizing. Many teams across retail, manufacturing, and travel shared the same challenge - there is so much on the web but limited framework to automate them into unique insights or actions. These discussions reminded me why we’re building Lightfeed — to help teams create continuous, structured agentic data pipelines that drive decision-making without manual upkeep. After developing and training models for 8+ years, I believe the future of agentic AI won’t be defined by who has the most compute or the largest model, but by those who build: • ⚙️ Smaller, efficient models tuned for agentic use cases • 🧩 Systems with guardrails, context, and minimal hallucination • 📊 AI grounded in accurate, continuously refreshed data That’s the direction we’re committed to. We’re proud to also open source our AI browser agent and LLM extractor library (https://lnkd.in/gdMMntf7) — because we believe the future of AI should be built on openness, not opacity. When the foundations are transparent, everyone builds better. At the end - it is all about people. Huge thanks to Rob Goehring and the organizers for creating such a powerful delegation for collaboration and learning, alongside so many talented founders and researchers. I am super grateful for all the great conversations this week, always inspiring to see how others are building and adopting AI.
