About us
Lantern works with distributors to reduce inventory by 30-40%, improve fill rates by 5-10%, and free up cash for growth. We help distributors forecast demand so you always have the right items, in the right place, at the right time. We take a fundamentally different approach, using cutting-edge machine learning to achieve near-perfect accuracy. Our founders studied at Stanford and spent decades at leading Silicon Valley technology companies. Our families come from distribution. This combination of deep industry roots and frontier technology is what allows us to achieve breakthrough results. Lantern is honored to serve distributors, the true backbone of our economy and our country.

The National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors built a community of technology innovators, subject-matter experts, and visionaries all focused on helping distributors succeed and scale. We bring this community together throughout the year at our conferences and executive peer group events, but we often have the privilege of playing host here in Wasington, D.C. This week, we were thrilled to host the founders of Lantern, Conor Leen and Matt Rojas, innovators poised to make a major impact in the demand planning space. These two entrepreneurs met at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, became fast friends, and developed a shared passion for applying complex artificial intelligence and machine learning models to solve for some of the most common and most vexing problems facing every distributor. We're excited about the impact Lantern will have on the way in which our members plan their inventory investments, and you'll have a chance to meet them in person at the upcoming SHIFT Conference in Denver! Thank you Matt and Conor for making the trip down to Washington and sharing your vision with us. Adam Isenberg, Bart Tessel, Eric Hoplin
