    London Community Week is one of those dreams you still cannot quite believe became real. Not because we make money from it. We actually lose money running it. We feel the pressure every time the dates get close, and ticket sales are still slower than we want. We carry the stress, the uncertainty, and all the moving parts that come with trying to build something meaningful for this industry. And yet, last year, 170 community professionals joined us for a full week of learning in London. That was unbelievable to me. And deeply inspiring for me and the whole Led by Community team. So inspiring, in fact, that we decided to become an official mission-driven organisation to support the community industry. A real one. Not built as a business to maximise profit. But legally established to serve this industry and the people working in it. That matters to me. Because London Community Week has never been just about running an event. It is about helping community professionals find one another, learn from one another, and build the future of communities together. That is why I would love for you to join me again this year.
