Tracking labor costs had become a nightmare for one of our clients.🙈 60+ employees were working on a new computer game. Every week, people logged hours in Clockify, managers exported the data into Google Sheets, and then manually calculated costs. The process was messy: – Hours were often logged incorrectly – Managers wasted huge amounts of time checking and recalculating – Budget data was always slightly outdated The client’s request was simple: 👉 “We need a system that tracks labor costs automatically, integrates with our HR platform, and saves managers’ time.” We wanted to solve this in a way that would remove friction, not add another tool people hated using. So we built a custom resource tracker with two apps: 👨💻 An Employee App - for quick, simple time allocation 👩💼 A Manager App - for real-time cost analysis, budget control, and asset management We integrated it with Peopleforce (their HR system) to pull salaries, roles, and vacation days automatically. And we added Microsoft SSO for seamless login, since the company already works within Microsoft’s corporate ecosystem. What did we achieve? ✅ Managers cut down the time they spend on cost tracking and analysis ✅ Employees report hours faster and with fewer mistakes ✅ The company gets accurate, always-up-to-date budget data For me, this project is a reminder that automation is not about replacing people, it’s about freeing them to focus on what really matters. That’s why I love what we do at Kernelics: solving problems that make teams more effective. If you need to automate your business processes, we can help, just follow the link in the comments.

When you’re choosing something unfamiliar, what do you do first? 🤔 You ask someone who’s already dealt with it. 💡 Because only experience matters. In our work, we rely on what we’ve done: tested solutions, technical depth, and the knowledge that only comes from building real products under real constraints. That’s what we call experience. 💪 What do clients say after working with us? What experience did they have? Let the facts from client reviews speak for themselves: ✅ Kernelics measurably upgrades product performance Clients report apps running 2× faster, fewer bugs, stable real-time features, and scalable architecture that handles high traffic and low-end devices. ✅ They deliver on time and take ownership Reviews highlight fast onboarding, sprint discipline, on-time delivery under tough deadlines, and leaders who take full responsibility for results. ✅ Communication is a standout (friendly + fast) Clients describe a responsive, clear, and collaborative approach, like working with an extension of their own team. ✅ Strong technical depth across the modern JS/mobile stack Proven expertise in React/React Native, Vue/NativeScript, Node, GraphQL, Firebase, UI with Skia, and solid UX/UI. From greenfield builds to legacy support. ✅ High value for money with flexible engagement Clients mention excellent value for cost, culture fit, and flexible staffing, from a single RN dev to full cross-functional squads. Experience is the whole point, and it can’t be ignored. Check out our reviews and see for yourself. If you’re choosing a #techpartner, fill out the form by link in the comments, we’ll respond to your request within 20 minutes. Chances are, we’ve already solved challenges similar to yours. 😉

Projects, lines, and packages… this time it was currents 🌊, kayaks 🚣♂️, and paddles. Good weather ☀️ was on our side, and part of our #Kernelicsteam went out on the river to wrap up the summer and see colleagues. We swapped screens for water, paddled together, and enjoyed the calm that only nature can give. It was a good chance to spend time side by side 🤗 and share a few laughs outside of work. Thanks to everyone who joined and for saying, together: bye-bye 👋 last warm days of summer.

If your website is meant to drive leads, support marketing, and evolve with your product, the wrong #CMS will quietly stall your growth. ❌ Why WordPress starts holding you back: ➖ Slows under pressure → #MySQL + #PHP struggle with high traffic and complex queries, leading to slow load times and user drop-off. ➖ Plugin bloat → More plugins mean more conflicts and ongoing maintenance pain. ➖ Caching as a crutch → WordPress relies on caching to hide performance issues. ➖ Limited flexibility → Custom features often require hacks, workarounds, or plugin development. ➖ Frontend is restricted → You can stuck in WordPress’s rigid theme system — hard to create modern, dynamic interfaces. ➖ Scaling becomes difficult → WordPress wasn’t built for fast-growing, complex platforms. Scaling introduces fragility. ➖ Security risks → Third-party plugins are common attack vectors. ➖ PHP limits hiring → It’s harder and slower to find good PHP developers. Most modern teams prefer #JavaScript. ✅ Why we recommend Directus or Strapi + Next.js: ➖ High performance and scalability → Next.js uses SSR and SSG for fast load times, while headless CMSs serve content efficiently via APIs. ➖ Frontend flexibility → Fully custom interfaces with React, no theme or plugin limitations. ➖ Modern developer workflows → Git, CI/CD, and modern tooling make updates faster and more stable. ➖ Modern tech stack → #JS and #React stack is widely adopted, developer-friendly. ➖ Stronger security → Tight access controls reduce vulnerabilities. ➖ Easy integrations → Use custom APIs to connect with CRMs, analytics, or automation tools. WordPress might feel fast at the start. But every update, every customization, every scale-up gets harder. With a full #JavaScriptstack, your product, your website, and your hiring process stay aligned. 💪 Let’s talk if you're still patching things in WordPress — we’ve been there.

Picking a headless CMS in 2025? Don’t guess! Measure! 😎 We turned our experience from dozens of builds into a founder-friendly guide that shows how to treat your admin panel like a real control room (not “just a CMS”). What’s inside? ✅ The 7 criteria that actually matter: setup speed, hosting, data model, APIs, authoring/workflows, security, TCO. ✅ A plain snapshot of Directus vs Strapi vs Payload vs Sanity when each wins, and where trade-offs bite. ✅ Quick cost & timeline signals so you can plan realistically. ✅ A short case study: how a gaming team used a Directus admin panel to launch in minutes, keep pricing/content in sync, and ship on schedule. If you’re choosing a CMS for an MVP or replatforming at scale, this will save you time (and a few future headaches). Read the full article: https://lnkd.in/dTa6Wchr
