Great week so far at #NARTC. We’ve had the opportunity to reconnect with long-standing partners and meet new ones pushing the boundaries of heavy feed processing. Today, Leontina Tompea took the stage to share our latest work in feed conditioning for heavy hydroprocessing - and how media construction and surface interactions can directly impact catalyst life. Getting our Americas team together in our state of the art laboratory and training center last week was a strong reminder that sustained growth is earned. This group has delivered consistent double-digit growth while deepening technical specialization and expanding how we support increasingly complex customer needs. That performance reflects discipline, rigor, and a commitment to doing the work the right way. Recognized in the market for practical, experience-driven technical acumen, this team continues to show up focused on solving real problems customers can rely on. Our EMEA commercial meeting this week in Dubai was a strong reminder of what differentiates Jonell Systems- our people, our technical depth, and our momentum as a global organization. Across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, we have grown our operations by more than 400 percent in the past two years. That growth reflects a deliberate investment in regional capabilities and in building teams that can operate with speed, rigor, and proximity to our customers. Our conversations focused on advanced technical challenges, innovation, and how we continue to lead with a holistic selling approach: where the contaminant drives the solution. The technical acumen across this team is exceptional, and it shows in how confidently and collaboratively they serve complex applications. We were also proud to recognize several team members for their outstanding contributions this year.
